The hotel is located with 5minutes walk from Kyoto station and have a supermarket across the road and 2 Lawason stores nearby We were appointed to a renovated room on 6th floor and had a view of Kyoto tower Very friendly staff We will definitely stay again next time in Kyoto

It is so close to Kyoto Station. Although it is not new hotel,but maintained quite well.Staff are skilled and friendly.Room is big and clean.You also can see Kyoto Tower from room.

Hotel is relatively close to train station, room was spacious as compared to Tokyo, hence I was pleasantly surprised! Clean, comfortable, cosy room! Highly recommended!

Picked this hotel for the proximity to Kyoto station. From here we were able to easily explore the city. Convenience store is close by (3 min walk). Many restaurants in the area as well. Rooms and bathroom were small but clean. Tea, coffee and other amenities available in the lobby for free- you simply take what you need. Would absolutely stay again

Reception staff specially the young man very kind, good speaking & friendly, the hotel near kyoto station just only 5 mins walk, Lawson is nearby hotel, n the room even is small but their amenities is completely like 5 star hotel, during my stay 3 days 2 nights, breakfast almost the same & f&b staff should be more improve their attitude Cz thy never will welcome their guest with smile like front desk staff.. their housekeeper is very politely, I love their front desk & housekeeping staff a lot.. will definitely come back stay again.

Pros: Provided accessories on a daily basis for customer use such as face cream, hair brush, face mask etc. The room was small yet homely, with a balcony access. Near the Kyoto station which is always a good thing. Staff were helpful, friendly and always smiling. Very obliging at all times, a truly unique Japanese culture. Cons: Breakfast buffet while good was the same everyday. Changing out the menu helps to relief the mundane food Japan is famous for.

Very near kyoto station, there is supermarket across the hotel where you can buy anything you want... near kyoto tower. hotel is clean, room is great. Toiletries are unlimited...will definitely go back to this hotel.

This place is a gem! Staff members are so friendly, clean, you get to pick amenities upon checking in (some guests take more than they're supposed to get, very sad!). Lastly, very close to the station, restaurants and shopping centre.

location was the best..about 5-10 minutes walk from kyoto station..friendly staff, free amenities bar at the reception..the size of the room is quites small but it’s common in japan..there is lawson next to the hotel..our room got the kyoto tower view..very nice..love to come back sometimes..recommended!
