Would Definitely Stay Again!!!”

They had an English-speaking staff and when she was not there, the other staff did their best to understand what I was asking for and vise-versa. They were also extremely accommodating when I wanted to extend my stay and moved things around so that I could stay in the same room. The public bath/onsen was also amazing!

quiet location yet convenient to CBD”

an alternative from the busy kyoto station or shijo area. no busy shopping district within walking distance yet it is accessible within 2 metro stations.

Clean hotel, affordable, nice location ”

I’ve stayed here many many times. pro + Love the cleanliness, distance to the subway station and the public bath. con - I took one star away in this review because the bath tub was dirty when I checked in. there were a lot of hair. I didn’t want to make a fuss so I just cleaned it myself. It’s high season (I stayed during GW) so they might have overlooked some tiny details. con - Last I stayed, I remembered having 2 bottles of water complimentary. that is gone now. no more water. The staffs in general is super helpful except front staffs. they were so without energy and unfriendly. Not sure why, tired maybe? (I speak Japanese so I would think that they understand me perfectly) I would recommend this hotel to anyone. for myself I might not stay again after this experience.

Good hotel”

Hotel room is facing Kyoto tower. Hitel located just beside transit station, 5 mins from Kyoto station. Room is clean. I like the japanese style buffet breakfast very much. Much food provided. Finally shuttle bus service sometimes provided .

Need to improve hygiene 清潔度有待改善”

The restroom smelled very bad when we first arrived. The smell seems to be some one peeing outsides the toilet without the staff cleansing it before we lived in. I dont know if its related to their cleaning policy of one cleansing per 4 days. After we complained to the front desk in the following day, they did a profound cleansing and the bad smell vanished, though I am not sure if they just covered the bad smell with strong deodorant. The staff is nice but they did need to improve the hygiene!!! But I wont choose this hotel gain.

大浴場と大型駐車場”

大浴場が使いやすく、脱衣所もセキュリティがしっかりしていて安心、駐車場は一つ一つのスペースを大きく収容台数も多くてとても助かりました、部屋も快適、京都タワーが正面に見え、駐車場に止めてある自家用車も確認出来るので安心です。

とっても綺麗”

京都駅まで送迎もある上、自家用車で行ってもアクセス良く、その上駐車場も完備。駐車料金も安価で大満足でした。お部屋もとっても清潔綺麗だし、窓際のテーブルも広く、荷物も沢山置けて助かりました。また是非宿泊したいです。

前日たくさん歩いたので大浴場はとてもありがたかったです。京都駅から少し離れていますが、送迎バスが出ていて便利でした。館内は落ち着いた雰囲気です。お部屋のデスクからの眺めは宿泊だけではなくテレワークで使用した場合、仕事がはかどりそうだなと思いました。

コンセントが枕元に2か所 USB充電が2か所 大きい窓の壁のコンセント2か所 テーブルの上に3か所とたくさんあります。 また、ユニットバスでもトイレが少し広い ベッドはマットが良い感じで広い リピートありです。(　´∀｀)bｸﾞｯ!

とても好印象だったが、、”

最後の最後でとても残念。 フロントの女性も感じ良かったし、、 コスパの良さとか、建物の綺麗さなど、、 素晴らしいなと思っていました。 でも、翌日の朝食のとき、受付にいたスタッフの女性二人がずっとおしゃべりしていました。 客には黙食と言ってながら、、スタッフがペチャクチャ、、何かを一所懸命話してましたよ。 わたしが、ビュッフェに何かを取りに行った時、ちょうど、もう一人のスタッフの女性がキッチンから出てきたのですが、よほど何かを話したかったのか、、その、おしゃべりしていた女性が、ツツーッとその女性のところに近寄って、、ねえねえ、、って話しかけだしたので、私が、ジロリと見たら、、 『何か？、』と高圧的に聞かれました。 本当に嫌な気分になりました。 お客に対して何か？って、、 ありえないです。 怖かったです。 せっかくの素晴らしいホテルだったのに、、 使っているパートの女性？ 質が悪すぎます。，ホスピタリティの想いはひとつも無いようでしたよ。 よほど、、一言いおうかと、おもいましたが、怖いのでやめておきました。もう二度と行く事はないでしょうから。
