Hotel lobby is lil troublesome, the swimming pool is small and the mall beneath it hasn't been open yet.. The food @breakfast not so special but it worth the price.. I like the room, big space, big bed and clean.. But need more pillows though.. Will i recommend this hotel to someone else? Yes.. Will i stay here again? Yes..

This place has potential, but i was really disappointed by the staff. I book for business suite, since i want to have a staycation with my family. I saw that this hotel can give you late check-out, but say it ia only on agoda. They never give a late check out for their customer. The breakfast buffet only on sunday because thats the peak season. Receiptionist and the manager is not polite, they dont say sorry or anything. There is more, but i dont need to say. Already disappointed at this place.

I have checked in here with my friends and we really loved our room. It is clean, the bedsheets, the toilet everything is tidy!! we loved the pool! the ac and wifi is good. I love that they have cold and hot water for bath. after my friends left I checked in to another hotel near the airport but it was disgusting (similar price) so I chose to return to kyriad as im staying for three more days. I only checked in at that disgusting hotel for 5hours! Kyriad is worth the price. Will definitely come back to this hotel if ever I visit Jakarta again!

Pros: - Booked via agoda with discount price but no breakfast after reading other guests review. - the receptionist is very polite and helpfull.. i ask where is the swimming pool and she recommend 9th floor room907 which is the closest. - The swimmig pool are enough for my daughter with city view. - the hotel provide towel in the swimming pool and the guard are available to watch the guest - the pool have their own toilet and bath room (inside) - clean towel, room and bath room - big tv screen, water heater, 2 type of shower, kettle, small cooler, and lock box, big cupboard - the hotel located above metro cipulir mall, we can shop or buy jco & bread talk - alfamart and indomaret are in walking distance. - fast process for check in (2pm) andcjeck out (11.30am) Cons: -breakfast (not buffeet) but u can add at the hotel 35k/person (make by order) - room service meal are pretty expensive for me (for budget hotel) Recommended and will stay here again in the fiture

The hotel has very complete facilities. But when i asked for late check out on 1 pm, your hotel has no commitment to give us your hospitality at the time we asked. most 3 stars hotels that i ever stayed, would allow their guest to take late check out on 1 pm.

The place is new, however the surrounding environments are a tad bit dodgy (on top of new yet dingy mall). Park at P6 to go directly to the hotel lobby. Overall a nice place with great staffs. Perhaps a bigger signage is needed.

This hotel still new, has nice view also but unfortunetly at 13-14 Oct 2018, pools and sky dinning park still not opened yet. I hope next pool are opening soon, but for aure this hotel is recomended for traveler with medium budget.
