Brilliant resort in Phu Quoc”
We were so thrilled we chose this exceptional resort, everything was great, the rooms, the clean beach with it’s amazing sunsets. Highly recommend the beachfront villas, spacious, comfortable beds, private and well maintained. Airconditioning was great as well as the decor. As others mentioned there is just a curtain to the bathroom, with a glass door to the toilet. One of the best parts is the wonderful, kind staff to go out of their way to be helpful. The breakfasts are incredible and the restaurant has great meals throughout the day, with great options both Vietnamese and western. The location is great, close enough to the town centre to walk, and enjoy the markets and far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. On the main road there are delicious seafood restaurants and spas and marts for anything you need. Would highly recommend L’Azure!

Pros: Beautiful clean room with nice touches like the beach bag, hats and umbrella. The best private beach at Long Bay, trust me on this one, we saw plenty of guests from other places come down to ours for the day. As the resort’s guests, you also get exclusive use of the sun chairs and beach towels. The staff was absolutely delightful, so courteous and friendly. They offered for us to check out a couple of hours later without us asking. It doesn’t hurt to ask for late check out by way since it’s written in the resort’s rules card available in the room. The restaurant serves a wide range of Vietnamese and Western dishes. The breakfast buffet is excellent, both hot and cold, plus a cook-to-order eggs station. Perfect location, 10-15mins walk to the night market depending on your pace ;) Cons: the restaurant’s à la carte menu is a bit expensive, as expected, but there are plenty of restaurants around the area plus the night market. Our room’s hot water wasn’t working, we didn’t mind it too much until the last day which the hotel staff responded to immediately, I’m sure if we had notified them earlier, the issue would have been resolved. Overall: an absolutely amazing and memorable stay.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay at L'azure resort in April 2022. Here is why I rated it 5 stars. Staff: 5 stars All staff that I have interacted with were very nice, polite and helpful. Upon checking in, Nha, a receptionists, has suggested me to relax and had lunch at the restaurant next to the lobby building while waiting for my room to be ready. Although the restaurant is a building right to the lobby, Nha still walked me to the restaurant and informed the staff there to take care of me. Nha also took information of my return flight and scheduled a free shuttle drive to the airport for me. The resort has about 10 units and few beach front villas. Each unit has 4 rooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. There was no elevator in each unit building so when my room was ready, Khoa, the bellboy rolled my bag from lobby to the room. Then he removed his shoes and asked for a permission to enter the room to show me how to use all the light switches. On the day I checked out, another bellboy (Nam) showed up 10 minutes before my scheduled drive and helped me with the luggage to the lobby. Both Khoa and Nam were very sweet and polite. One morning, when I just stepped down to the beach (in the back of the resort), a lifeguard named Khoul came out and put a long beach towel on my lounge chair and rolled another towel to make me a pillow for me. We had a nice chat. Room and facilities around: 5 stars My room had 2 twin beds with garden view. The room was big and very clean. There were free coffee and 2 bottles of water in the room. Water and coffee could be refilled at anytime day or night. There were also 2 nice bathrobes and 2 palm-leaf conical hat (Non La') in the room. Slippers and amenity kit were also provided. Each room in the resort had a tall wooden rack on the balcony for guests to hang wet clothes. One minus point from the room was lack of hooks/racks to hang towel for reusing them. Gem by the beach ”
We stayed at the beach front private pool suite. This property is beautifully cared for, the room was clean, the pool facing the beach which is absolutely beautiful and convenient. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to night market and central of town. Convenient to everywhere. Cab fare is reasonable to all the places! Breakfast spread is reasonable. The staff is amazingly helpful. I am very satisfied with this property. We enjoyed our stay. But on a Friday night we note that the bars from next building played loud music and we can hear the bass from the opposite end. Not noisy but perhaps the property nearer to the bar can hear them clearer

Top Location, Newest Building in area”
L'Azure is incredible. Pool and beach areas for suntanning and lounging, tropical feel as the photos suggest. Super clean, and everything was modern more than the surrounding resorts. It was a 10 minute walk to main Duong Dong night market, 15 minutes walk (across the bridge) to the morning market). Plenty of food options on the main street. I would stay here again 100%, and I would tell everyone I know who is going to Phu Quoc that this place is just about perfect.

Brilliant Beach Resort”
We stayed in room 601 Executive Beachfont Bungalow which was amazing and would only recommend this to feel like your own piece of paradise. It was like having your own beach on your doorstep. All the staff were really polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was huge and good. The foot massage shop across the road was excellent, you feel like a new person after 40 minutes there. There are plenty of restaurants close by and the night market is mainly food vendors and about 10 minutes walk from the resort. We had 3 nights at the resort and loved it. Anyone wishing to stay at a beach resort with heaps of palm trees lining the beach, ample sun lounges, free towels, drink service then this is the place.

The thing that really makes this hotel so great are the people working there. I cannot think of one thing in which to find fault. There was alays a smile when they greet you. They are kind, helpful, generous, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any situation that might arise, As far as the resort itself, the pictures speak for themselves. The beach is close and beautiful. Everything is kept clean and neat. The breakfast is out of this world. A huge variety of dishes that will suit anyone's appetite. The dinner menu is fantastic! Everything was cooked to perfection. I will definitely go back as soon as possible.

Amazing stay and even better hospitality”
We stayed for 2 nights in a beach front deluxe room. It was right on the beach with balcony having a couple of stairs to walk 10 meters to beach. Views were marvellous. We could watch sunset either from room or from balcony as well ! Service and hospitality was way beyond expectations. Staff is very helpful. They accommodated our request for strict vegetarian diet in breakfasts. Airport shuttle was included - both ways. Would definitely consider staying here again !

Lovely resort close to the town and market .Rooms very clean and spacious .Small but clean beach plenty of sunbeds. only downside for us was lack of hand rails on the steps as some were quite steep .Good choice at breakfast and in the evening the restaurant is a nice alternative to eating out in town .This is a great resort were the staff are excellent from arrival to departure. The staff in the spa were exceptional giving my wife wonderful massages.I would recommend a stay here and if returning would come back here

It was a very nice stay, we really enjoyed our stay. Only 1 night stay but we like the resort very much, most suitable for couples and families with kids. Our room was right at beachfront, super nice view; staffs were very friendly and helpful; the location was very convenient, near the central area and the night market. The general manager was there to great and bid farewell guests upon check in and out. Our package was included with breakfast, it was okay for us, a little bit salty for me. But overall, we highly recommend L’Azure for everyone’s stay at Phu Quoc.

You have fully equipped room with nice and friendly staff. However, the sound from the bar nearby (of other resort) is quite noisy and if you have two-storey house, you get lots of noise from above when second floor gets stumbling feet or going up/down stairs

Great resort for beach holiday ”
The resort is very clean and comfortable. The staffs are really helpful and friendly. The only downside , which is not the resort’s fault, was the loud music from the place next door and our room was right next to it. The resort offered to switch and upgrade our room to make our stay more enjoyable. The meals at the resort are very nice , and there are quite a few good options around the resort if you want to dine out. Highly recommend for a beach holiday.

Amazing Experience with L'azure”
If it's possible I will definitely rate it 100 stars. A green and clean place is taken care by super nice staff. They paid attention into each details to make sure we were comfortable. I preferred an infinity pool before but I changed my mind when I stayed here. We can swim all day without worrying about sun burn. There are a lot of trees surrounding the pool and the resort. A lifeguard was always there when we swam in the pool or the beach. I enjoyed every moment and will definitely stay here when I go to Phu Quoc again.
