Nice room and lovely staff”
The room was quite nice, with a very comfortable bed, strong wifi, and a great shower, but what really made it special was the staff. They were super helpful and really went out of their way at every opportunity. They had a promotion that included a free lunch and dinner and we weren't expecting much but it turned out to be pretty amazing cuisine. Dinner at the Little Faifo was the best meal we had in Hoi An. Note that they upgraded us from La Residencia to the Little Riverside Hotel - part of the same chain. We were more than satisfied in every way and would definitely stay again next time we're in the area. It's within easy walking distance of the Ancient Town. Stop in the little minimart next to the hotel if you get a chance. The owners are extremely nice and speak good English.

This is a gem! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Christmas and we will be back! The hotel is so so cute and quaint. Rooms are super nice, spacious and bed is comfy! We loved our deck and spent the mornings out there. Super clean! It is walking distance to main streets in town, market etc...and a bike ride or Grab to the beach. The staff however was what made this hotel so amazing! They sang some Christmas carols and their breakfast brunch was top notch. Shout out to staff member Ella who gave us an extra smile.

I was worried about the facilities, location, and condition of the accommodation as it was my first solo trip to Southeast Asia, but I was satisfied to the point where I thought I was worried for nothing! Usually, accommodations seem to be based on two people, but I booked the cheapest room while using a king-size bed alone, and I think I stayed comfortably in a spacious room. I usually don't eat breakfast in Korea, so even though it was included, I didn't use it. I used the top floor and the staff were friendly, so if I visit Hoi An again, I plan to make a reservation and use it again.

Among many boutique hotels in Hoi An, this one has the most Vietnamese interior design. That's the only reason why I chose this hotel. The rest were either too rustic or too simple to the point of being uncomfortable. The hotel itself was very charming. I was satisfied with the beautiful tiled floor instead of carpet and the antique bathroom. There was a terrace where I could play around at An Bang Beach and hang out my wet laundry. The cool breeze of Hoi An dried it quickly. I didn't see any bugs or geckos during my 3-night stay. The shop connected to An Bang Beach was the prettiest among all the shops there. I recommend bringing your own hair dryer.

100% the bestest place in Hoi An ancient town”
In fact, my booking at La Residencia was transferred to Little Hoi An hotel, another hotel in A Little Boutique Hoi An group of hotels, since La Residencia had been closed due to Covid-19. I was a little bit disappointed at first, but my experience at Little Hoi An was much higher than my expectation. It was amazing. I could see how they care about their customers in the way of setting up welcome drinks, decorating each furniture piece in the rooms, and especially in the staff attitude. I only spent 1 night in Hoi An, but absolutely I will come back soon. I believed I had such a memorable experience there with under average cost.

My family stayed at Little Hoi An during our trip after the Covid pandemic. I cannot comment on the location or the rooms here as it was recommended by the hotel. However, the location of Little Hoi An is perfect for visiting the old town. The reception and kitchen staff were very attentive and caring, taking the time to interact and ask about our stay. I noticed that they did this for every guest. If I have the chance to return to Hoi An, I will definitely stay at the A Little Boutique and Spa hotel chain. Thank you.

We enjoyed ourselves very much, the staff is extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. They chatted with us doing breakfast to asked about out stay and provided some places of interest for our consideration. My only complaint is the room TV set up box.. it was not working when I arrived. Next morning they had it fixed but the following morning same issue again! Other than this, great place and location to the old town!

Relaxing Getaway ”
We got upgraded to Hotel Allegro which is a 5-stars hotel. The room was comfortable with a big bathroom. The buffet breakfast was amazing and exceeded my expectation, plenty of choices including western, japanese, korean and vietnam food. A wide range of salads and fruits. Staff were especially friendly and helpful. Free use of bicycle so we could ride it to move around town.
