Perfect location with 2 mins to bus station, 1 min to gondola and ticket booth, 5 mins to many restaurants and rental shops. Hotel has rental service/bar service/meal services as well. Owner can speak Chinese/English which make everything so easy. Opportunity for improvement will be the hot bath at the roof and some old facilities in the rooms. But consider the price its not a big deal at all.

We took off at wrong bus station. Fortunately Elliot ping me first to confirm pick location before we felt upset. Very nice hostel! Great location! Very close to Tsugaike Gondola station. I prefer japanese style room which provides more space. Indoor bath and Onsen is great!

Great place for solo travelers or couples”
However, I don’t think this place would be very easy to stay at with kids. The location is amazing - you can walk twenty feet to the lift; the staff is very friendly and helpful; ski and snowboard gear are available to rent on site. On the other hand, the hotel was full of very noisy guests, and the staff did not step in to enforce quiet hours. We were kept up by people running down the halls, slamming doors, yelling, and running through the lobby. There was also a night where a guest played the piano in the lobby very loudly at 9:45, right next to the hotel’s stairwell. After waiting unsuccessfully for staff to intervene, I walked downstairs myself, in my pajamas, and asked the people playing the piano to stop. The bathroom is also extremely tiny. It’s about the size of half a tatami mat. The shower is connected to the sink, and the toilet paper roll sits on the sink shelf. There’s an onsen advertised at the hotel, but it doesn’t seem to have been in working order for a while. Breakfast is nice, but the breakfast area is freezing. If you don’t eat your food immediately, it’s cold within a matter of two or three minutes. There were a few space heaters in the breakfast/lobby area, but none of them were turned on, even with three feet of snow outside, just steps away. We had zero problems with the staff (apart from them not intervening to quiet noisy guests). Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. But there were a few things that made staying at this hotel a little tough, and I can’t imagine how much harder it would have been to stay at this hotel with children.

明明看了住宿評價說是不錯，卻還是踩到地雷”
1.剛進房間，使用洗手間就遇到地板漏水不停，洗個手馬桶旁都是泡水，下樓詢問淋浴設備沒有看到，卻說每件都有，就在馬桶上方，鄰近滑雪場的日式旅館，若注明共用衛浴就可以理解為沒有衛浴設備，但這家明明註明有淋浴設備，卻是真真實實要你坐在馬桶上面淋浴的！ 2.因為實在不能接受得在馬桶上淋浴，前往共用澡堂洗澡，卻發現是一個死水池，根本沒有循環的設施，只好匆匆沖個熱水離開！ 3.雖說有附早餐，但早餐跟Agoda 上的圖落差很大，吐司似乎已從冷凍庫拿出來解凍多回的過期吐司，建議大家還是自己買吧！ 4.鑑於遇到的困難，決定到櫃檯詢問時，幾番波折、討論，飯店管理者說她完全不會日文，卻可以取得日文合格旅館業者證照，真不知這種證照取得何來，還堂堂掛在牆上！

酒店非常靠近吊車以及賣票位置 是姆池其中一間位置最好的酒店 酒店經理是英國人，非常親切及健談，其他職員主要來自中國，因為這間酒店已由中國人收購及打理，因此中文及英文溝通絕不成問題。 房間簡約，有個小廁所可以洗澡，但比較窄，所以用浴場比較舒適。 早餐基本選擇都有，能吃飽就可以了。 唯一比較不便就是停車場距離酒店步行5分鐘，取車有點麻煩。但酒店經理的招待是令我覺得值得回去再入住的。

酒店位置不错，走几步就能坐缆车了。酒店并非传统日式，没有浴衣可穿，看菜单都是中式饭菜，楼下还有bar。老板是中国妹子和英国小哥，非常热情，大厨应该是妹子爹妈，做的早饭很合胃口。我们到的时候是12.31，晚上bar还有party，大家玩得很开心。
