Outstanding location near central train station, wonderful piano bar & restaurant in the hotel, very friendly English speaking staff. Large rooms are available.

Central icon with a touch”
The hotel is an icon in Nuremberg; one of the oldest hotels in the city but renovated and upgraded to current standards. 1. Reception and checkin was smooth. They don’t provide parking, rhat is in the main station. Not ideal, but due to the age of the hotel I believe. 2. Rooms are super small, super small, but have everything you need and are very clean. Despite being very central along main roads, no noise. 3. Service was great, friendly and proactive. 4. Location was the best, right at the entry to the old town. There are more modern hotels around that area, also much cheaper ones, but this has a character that we would chose again anytime.

Beautiful hotel, they sent our laundry away the day before Christmas Eve and have to send it back to the states because we checked out Christmas Eve. Great location, good breakfast.

Great location and professional staff. Just our room (Petit double) is extremely small! More suitable for 1 person. You may consider upgrading. Great queen bed and nice toilet. The chair seems a bit dirty though.

The best food I had in Germany. Very friendly staff. They communicated very clearly. The location is also very convenient since it's next to the main train station and Old Town which is a wonderful tourist destination.

5 starts Hotel!!”
first of all the reception asked for 100€ as a deposit what i found not normal ask , the furniture and the bathroom are good but not good enough for 5 stars hotels quality, out of my experience this hotel would fits better in 4 stars hotel, so if you go there don't carry big expectations with you! i asked for a room without a city view, they forced me to take one with city view which was in 3rd floor, and because of the bad isolation of the balcony door and the windows of the room and the bathroom, the room was very loud and cold. the Internet is limited to 750Kbps if you want more you should pay which is shameful for 5 stars, i dont think i want to go there again :)

Hotel is few steps from Nurnberg Hbf. It’s very convenient since you can get to the old town just cross the road! All facilities are there, aircon, wifi. Value for money!!

Schönes Hotel, direkt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof. Freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick in den recht runtergekommenen Innenhof, aber es war dafür ruhig und wir waren ja nur 1 Nacht da. Frühstück ist Coronabedingt recht eingeschränkt gewesen. Man konnte zwischen Gesund und Normalem Frühstück wählen. Würden es wieder buchen.

Kleines Zimmer, kein latz für zwei Reisende”
Das Hotel ist an einem sehr guten Platz, die Zimmer sind zu klein und bieten fast keinen Raum zur Entfaltung. Im Badezimmer ein Necessaire abstellen ist eine Kunst! Ebenso habe ich das Gefühl weil wir über ADOGA reserviert haben, haben wir kein perfektes Zimmer erhalten. Das Zimmer war gegen den Innenhof, der sehr trist aussieht und grossen Lärm wegen der Lüftung produziert. Das gratis WIFI- Internet funktioniert nur, wenn man Glück hat. Die Anlage ist überlastet und ungenügend. Hingegen das WIFI des Nachbarhotels hat sogar besser funktioniert. Nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel.

Direkt an der Altstadt ”
Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein grösseres Zimmer. Dieses war im ersten Stock zur Frontseite des Hotels. Wir hatten schon Angst wegen des Lärms. Aber die Fenster waren super isoliert, sodass es angenehm war. Das hotel bietet einen Parkservice an, den wir gerne angenommen haben. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
