Excellent hotel clean neat friendly staff

Expensive and it is an old hotel غالي الثمن و قديم جدا”

يحتاج هذا الفندق القديم الى الكثير من التحسينات ليتناسب مع تصنيفه كفندق خمس نجوم و ليتناسب مع تسعيرة الليلة التي تصل الى 500 ريال لليلة: 1- يجب على السائح دفع 250 ريال كتأمين وهذا شيء يدعوا للساؤل لماذا؟ 2- الاصطفاف خارج الفندق و احيانا تظطر للأصطفاف في منطقه خارج حرم الفندق و تقطع الشارع.. هذا الشيء مزعج جدا خاصه عند اصطحاب الأطفال 3- المصعد تقريبا متهالك و يصدر اصوات مخيفة للأطفال 4- الغرفة غير نظيفه و شراشف التخت قديمة جدا 5- الحمام غير نظيف و غير لائق و غير مناسب و الصور خير برهان حيث لا يوجد علاقة لشطافة الحمام و تم وضعها داخل حوض شطافه قديم شيء مقزز. البانيو صدئ و المياة ليست دافئه بارده غير ملائمة للأطفال و لا حتى للكبار و لا تستطيع ظبطها. 6- التكييف جداجدا جدا سيء مهما قمت بتعديل درجة الحرارة لن تحصل على درجة اقل من 22 و في النهار تصبح الغرفه اقرب للساونا. 7- موقعه بعيد عن معظم الاماكن الممتعه و التي يرغب السائح بزيارتها الأيجابيات: الموظفين متعاونين This old hotel needs a lot of improvements to match its rank as a five-star hotel and to match the nightly price of 500 SR per night: Disadvantages: 1- The tourist must pay 250 riyals as insurance, and this is something that leads to the question, why? 2- Car parking is outside the hotel and sometimes you are forced to park your car in an area outside the hotel’s campus and cross the street. This thing is very annoying, especially when accompanying children. 3- The elevator is almost worn out and makes scary sounds for children. 4- The room is not clean and the bed sheets are very old. 5- The bathroom is unclean, indecent and inappropriate, and the photos are the best proof. Since there is no hanger for Rinsing water of the bathroom it was placed inside an old bidet which is disgusting. The bathtub is rusty and the water is not warm; it is cold which is unsuitable for children, not even for adults, and you cannot adjust it. 6- The air-conditioning is very, very bad. No matter how much you adjust the temperature, you will not get a degree lower than 22, and during the day the room becomes similar to the sauna

Disappointing Experience”

Me and my 3 colleagues stayed at this property 1 night while we were visiting Saudi Arabia for business. Unfortunately we were not satisfied by this hotel due to the following issues: - the rooms were not really well cleaned with hairs and dust almost everywhere and the moquette on the floor + the velvet of the sofa didn't help to reduce the dusty feeling; - toilet finishing was quite ruined as a bit old; - in one of the rooms the water from the bidet came yellow/dusty, definitely not up to use it to clean yourself and it seems that the shower's handlers were closed too tightly by the cleaning service, therefore my colleague was not able to have teh shower working, we needed to ask to the reception to send somebody to help.

i always to travel around the world and Le Meridien hotels chains for two reasons. The first one is to generate points from my booking and the comfort of the hotel. My job require to travel twice a week and i always demand the maximum comfort due to my continues travel. I like the hotel very much and the hospitality of the stuff. I recommend you guys to book especially the hotel located in the heart of Jeddah.

the location for me is perfect. Rooms are good with modern equipment, the food is up to the standard I am looking for and more over all the personal working in the hotel are always highly professional.

My stay is good. My only comment was that I was charged twice by the hotel and Agoda for the same number of days with different amounts. Thus,I demand refund by Agoda on this regard since your booking I think was not honored by the hotel.

I wasn't happy so that I moved to other Hotel. I think Le Meridien Jeddah less standard comparing in other country.

Nice stay. Hotel management should work harder in making it for family. Executive club snacks were not good and swimming pool is only for males!!

Overall a good value for money. decent breakfast and fairly good location, especially with respect to the airport. Staff were courteous and accommodative. Grant late check out which reduces inconvenience.
