A really lovely hotel, with excellent service!”
Stayed here on our recent trip to Germany for the Christmas markets. I was traveling with my mother and wanted a twin room. The hotel is located close to excellent transport links (S-bahn Dresden mitte, trams and buses). It is about 5 minutes by taxi to the main train station. We travelled around by tram which were located 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was clean, and spacious. It had a kettle for tea and coffee making which was essential! The room had a tv with 2-3 channels in English (mostly news but 1 film channel too). We had breakfast at the hotel both days we stayed. The breakfast had a good range. It was a typical German spread (meats, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruit, cereals, pastries, hot breakfast options, range of juices, hot drinks). Everything was prepared very well and was of a good quality. I particularly liked the range of fruits, dried fruits and seeds available. The hotel has a restaurant too and I would have liked to have eaten there because the menu sounded delicious. I also want to mention that the restaurant decor was beautiful for Christmas. The staff at the hotel were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. From breakfast staff, to reception staff we were treated to great service. I really liked the little extras such as the ability to make tea and coffee in reception if you wanted an extra drink, free apples on the desk. I would definitely recommend staying here.

ExcellentDresden Hotel”
We stayed for four nights at the L Hotel and could not fault it. Breakfast deserves a special mention which although hectic, the staff coped extremely well keeping the tables clean and freshly set and the good variety of food choices replenished. The coffee, provided for each table in a thermally insulated jug was fresh and excellent. Our room was comfortable and although not overly large was adequate and cleaned daily with fresh towels and linen. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel for the money. Every thing was perfect!”
Every thing was good. The hotel was in good location, 7 minutes walking to the center. The room had everything you need including great beds. The only thing missing was a fridge. But we did not need it. What I really like is the hotels that have a water cooker to be able to make tea or coffee in the room. This hotel is one of them.

Clean and comfort hotel ”
Stay here for 3 nights, hotel is about 3 mins walking from Dresden Mitte metro station. The hotel room is clean and comfort, spacious washroom, strong shower. The room is exactly same as the photo advertised. The location is about 15-20 mins walk to old town square and main attractions area. Nearby is very quiet area, no mart / convenient shop or restaurants. Overall a good stay. They charge city tax when you check out.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff”
We stayed in this hotel after moving out from the Hilton. The L'Hotel is clearly a better deal. Standard of rooms nice, very good breakfast buffet, distance to city centre (Zwinger, Semperoper, Frauenkirche) is ok (around 20min walking).

Great little location for Dresden Weekend”
The hotel was easy to find. The car park was right beside the hotel and was 9euro per day. It was an easy walk to the Zwinger and other nice sites. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast buffet was warm and delicious.

Easy check in, convenient location”
The rooms were smaller than expected but adequate for a short stay. We were traveling with a little dog and was a little apprehensive, but everything went well. there is a 10 euro per nite charge for the dog, and parking next to the hotel was 9 euros for 24 hours. The hotel has a small parking lot that guests can park for about 15 minutes to load / unload bags if necessary.

The location of the hotel was perfect. I could visit everything I wanted to visit and I could easily get to the train station all on foot. The breakfast was great as well.

Very good hotel”
The hotel's just on the edge on the old town but an easy 10 minute walk to the town centre. Or if you prefer, the tram is 2 minute walk away. The room plus bathroom very nice and both clean, well maintained and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Ate in the dining room for dinner and found the menu quite extensive.

the rooms were small, but well designed. however, there is no spot where two people can easily pass each other. internet access is possible via high speed cable and wlan, but even with wlan very expensive. but there is one terminal available in the lobby for free internet access.

German classic”
Staying here for weekend, good starting point for concerts in Old Slaughter House. Also not far from City Centre (about 5 minute walk to Zwinger, just follow the tram track). However, as usual in German hotels, breakfast has to be paid separately (and it is not cheap indeed)

Even the location not in the CBD , but close to the train & tram station, easy to get every attractions , nice breakfast. Just a little bit noisy because so close to the railway. Room was clean & comfortable
