Hmm”

Booked a hotel because friends are living in the neighbourhood. Pros: the hotel is located near to the city park, good connected with a BUS line, ca. 800m from S-Bahn line, mattress and pillows are good quality, water and some Müsli bars were free of charge. Cons: hotel's private parking is payable, city transportation ticket not included as in many other hotels in hamburg, shower cabin was broken and water was leaking while showering on the floor, liquid hand soap was missing, curtain had holes here and there, hotel looks a bite as it was run over by the time, hallways are long and a bit confusing (for instance: the room 350 is located on the floor in between 3 and 4,accessible with elevator, walking over some hallway, stairs up then next hallway...) By my experience, next time I will rather walk a bit more and have a nicer hotel for almost the same price.

BAD BEHAVIOR AND UNCLEAN HOTEL ROOMS!!! NOT DESERVE 1 STAR”

We stayed 1 week from 18 to 25 August 2020. Room 336 1. Unfortunately we are really disappointed with the behaviour of the breakfast waiters. Complained in the reception but nothing has changed so we just stopped going to breakfast from the next day. 2. Only Pork was served as an warm dishes like sausage and salami in all 7 days during our stay. Waiters told us it is management decision not to serve any other meat in all Leonardo Hotel chain , which is No-Go for a hotel in this price catagory. Only for this one reason we will not choose any Leonardo chain hotel in future. 3. Room service was also a desaster. Toilet paper was not filled , so we had to go in reception and took it every time in person. Room was not cleaned properly. Please check the picture how dust is everywhere in my room. 4. We wanted double bed but in this hotel no real double bed is available. Only 2 single beds are joint together which is basically not double bed.

Very nice place situated near several offices, easy to access, nice and friendly staff 10 min drive from airport and easily accessible to other central areas of Hamburg by bus or train Good food (though a veggie myself) with several cuisines to choose from!! Overall, good value for money!!

Nice rooms and easy to park the car just outside of the hotel. There is a bar in the hotel building with good tasting food so if you just are passing by it´s easy to find something to eat without leaving the place. It seems to be an office area so I think most of ´the visitors are staying here in business matters.

Bad expirience over all. This is not 4 star hotel at all. By some regulations it won this 4 stars but in reality it is 2stars hotel in best case. The only good thing about this place is that it is really clean, but thats it. Far too expensive for what it offer. Staff at the reception pretty unpolite, plus it is one or two of them at the reception (in 300 room hotel!), so each time you need something you have to wait in a que. And some of the reason to wait can be that you have to pay the parking to get out of the hotel. YES, you have to pay parking place in front of the hotel. And, walls are like they are made of paper.

Drunks were in the hall fighting, slamming into walls, yelling and tried to get into my room. Called the front desk and no one spoke English. Nothing was done to help or protect. No sleep and the hotel did nothing to acomidate.

The Hotel was a good value business travel Hotel. ”

positiv: sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, schöne Lage in der Nähe eines großen Parks, im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotel günstiger Preis negativ: etwas weit weg vom Stadtzentrum, laute Straße vor dem Hotel, altes Gebäude mit Tankstelle, zu kleiner Wellnessbereich, kleine Zimmer

Es war alles so weit sehr gut, außer die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und des Bades. Dreckige Kaffeetasse und total verdreckter Lüfter im Badezimmer sowie staubige Möbel führen dazu , das wir nur drei Punkte geben

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal nett. Ich würde es empfehlen dort ein zu checken.

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer, ruhige Lage und ein sehr freundliches Personal. Beim Frühstück hatte man eine große Auswahl. Trotz Corona hat alles gut geklappt. Wenn ich mal wieder nach Hamburg fahre dann gerne wieder hier.
