Highly Recommended”
The hotel was just a short walk from the Munich Hbf (central station) so if travelling by train, it is very accessible. The hotel is close to shopping centres, chemist, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff (special mention to Anthony) are all helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and the hallway always smells nice. The room wasn’t grand but modern, clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows but everything else was good. The buffet breakfast food were fresh and satisfying. When this Covid19 is over and we go back to Munich, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

we were happy to return to this hotel”
We had stayed here in the past and looked forward to return. The hotel's location is very convenient because the Leonardo is just a block from the central train station. When we made the booking, we requested early check-in. Unfortunately our room was not ready when we arrived, but we left our luggage in a storage closet and returned later. Staff at reception were courteous and professional. Our room was very comfortable, and we were favorably impressed by the nice shower and bathroom amenities. The room also featured a flat-screen TV with international programming and complimentary coffee and tea. We liked the fact that our double bed had 6 pillows of different sizes. Smoking rooms are available on request. When we return to Munich, we will look for this hotel again!

We had stayed here some years ago and made the right decision to repeat. The hotel is well kept and standard rooms are comfortable and of adequate size. The shower and bathroom amenities were both very nice! We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in our room. Staff were all fluent in English and eager to help. We had requested early check-in when we made the booking and were very pleased that the room was available when we arrived at about 10:00 AM. This property offers reasonable pricing in a location near the main train station. The hotel delivered in every way and we will certainly consider it again when we return to Munich!

Great but no free wi-fi”
Great experience..!! I love this hotel for its nice staff, big and comfortable room (we got bigger room because we stayed on Dec 26 when almost all stores in Munich closed). It would be really perfect if they provide free wi-fi, at least in the lobby. Location is perfect, only 3 mins to central station with access to metro and so many restaurant / food stalls, near shopping area, near bus stop. Everything was great and I'd love to stay again in this hotel because I will get free wi-fi because I've registered as Leonardo's member :p

Check in very easy and the room is average in size. 5 mins walk from Munich Central Station. Comfortable bed and quiet even close to main street. Friendly and polite waiter while we had breakfast made our visits more enjoyable and memorable of Munich city.

Great Location, Good Service”
The hotel is conveniently located within 5 mins walk from Munich hbf, which makes it easy to get around on both the rail, U-Bann, S-Bann, Tram and Bus networks. Separately, travellers arriving by flight may wish to note that Lufthansa has an aiport shuttle directly to the hbf. I will certainly recommend this hotel to everyone who is travelling to Munich for business or leisure.

We found the location of Leonardo very conveient as we were on transit and also having to do our last shopings before leaving for another year to Nepal. Many shopping malls are in the neighbourhood, from the main railwaystation is easy to go to the city centre and to the airport. In the main building there are many restaurants open 24 hours. The rooms at Leonardo are very small but very functional. The room amenities are very well adapted to the size of the room and provide full confort. The rooms are very clean and bright. The staff friendly and helpful.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and were attentive to all of our touristy queries. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in Europe and there are many food options nearby the hotel. We look forward to visiting Munich & staying here again.

Close to main train station”
The Hotel is located just across the street from the main train station. You can also walk to marienplatz from the Hotel. The staff is very helpful and help us plan our itinerary in Munich and recommend cheapest mode of transport. The room is clean and comfortable. Only setback is you have to pay for wifi.

Leonardo Hotel Munich is very close to the central station, easy to find. But Leonardo doesn't provide free WIFI, and even you want to pay for WIFI, you only get 3 hours, this pricing strategy is very unreasonalbe. Other than this, the staff is very nice and friendly.

Leonardo has great location and breakfast choices. Staff are averagely friendly. Bathroom was clean and functional. If Leonardo was to have free wifi or free internet service, the hotel would be an unbeatable choice to stay. Hotel provide a small city map, however, we could not locate Olympic Stadium and Summer Palace, and could not read the subway network.

We arrived early after an intercontinental flight. We were pleased that the hotel fulfilled our request for early check-in so we could have some rest. The hotel also granted our request for a smoking room. Staff were fluent in English, and they showed professionalism and efficiency at all times. Our standard room on the top floor (fifth) was a bit small but well designed and comfortable. Storage areas included closets of good size and a safety-deposit box. The room featured a flat-screen TV with about 40 channels from diverse countries. The single elevator was a bit small, but we didn't encounter any traffic jams. This hotel is conveniently located only a couple blocks from the central train station. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast buffet that offered a wide assortment of high-quality options. We were happy to have booked this property and will try to do so again in the future if we find a comparable price!

Great location”
The hotel is pretty much just across the Munich Central Train Station. The room was adequate and always clean. The building is a bit old and the hotel felt more like a 3-star, rather than 4-star. The central a/c was not up to the job as our room was never sufficiently cool (we stayed ther for 11 nights) and the thermostat did not do anything. We would probably look for other options if we go back to Munich.
