      Very clean , modern design & decoration Excellent lighting system. Very friendly staffs specially Mohamed from reception, very fast check in & check out process.       We had a very good stay in this hotel. Good rooms with no noise or interruptions. We had room only so cannot comment on breakfast. Staff were great - helpful and polite. We were about 2 mins max from the nearest U/rail station.Overall very good

      Wir waren eine Nacht mit Zwillingen im Hotel und waren richtig zufrieden. Sauberkeit war exzellent, Frühstück mehr als ausreichend, sehr viel Auswahl, alle waren ganz nett und daß Hotel ist schon sehr hübsch von innen. Gerne noch einmal wieder!

      Für einen Kurztrip ist das Hotel immer zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Zimmer sauber. Zur Allianz-Arena ist die Fahrt durch die vielen Ampeln allerdings etwas langatmig.

      Wenn ich in Deutschland an der Rezeption gefragt werde ob ich englisch spreche ist vorbei. Die Rechnung muss ich mir auch suchen. Ich habe ein Hotel mit Frühstück gesucht und leonardo angeboten bekommen. Bei der Ankunft erfahre ich dass das Angebot ohne Frühstück ist. Danke. Nie wieder. Da gibt es Alternativen

      Hotel ist Top...Service ist Flop”

      Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr schön und wirklich sehr sauber. Wir haben super geschlafen und es war auch sehr ruhig. Leider lief beim Personal einiges schief. Angefangen beim Zimmer-Service bei dem wir runter ins Restaurant mussten zum bestellen weil es nicht möglich war eine Karte aufs Zimmer kommen zu lassen ( Die eigentlich schon im Zimmer sein sollte.) Dort schickte man uns zum bestellen an die Bar. Dort nahm dann endlich jemand die Bestellung auf und nach der Bestellung sollten wir dort warten. Da wir sehr müde von der Anreise waren mussten wir fast betteln das Essen aufs Zimmer gebracht zu bekommen. Am zweiten Tag haben wir dann Essen vom Zimmer aus bestellt da wir die Karte nun auswendig wussten. Leider war es verkocht und nicht geniessbar. Die Preise für Essen im Hotel sind hoch und darum war das sehr enttäuschend. Nach einem ganzen Tag in der Stadt kamen wir zurück ins Zimmer da hatte es ca. 10 Grad da man die Fenster einfach den ganzen Tag offen liess.

      Sehr schönes Hotel! ”

      Das Hotel hat ein sehr schönes Design, freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein super Frühstücksbuffet, ist jedoch ziemlich weit außerhalb. Nachts kommt man auch am Wochenende nur noch mit dem Bus aus der Innenstadt zurück ins Hotel.
