Convenience”

Stayed at Leonardo city west to attend Octoberfest and it could not have been easier! The station is literally a few feet away from the front door and 3 short stops right to the festival. The room could have done with some more cutlery and kitchenware and the fridge was very tiny. The room is also a bit hot but a fan was provided.

Good hotel and good service”

nice staythe rester ant at the hotel was very good,the location is only 4 stations from the center of munich it takes 10 min,the rooms are clean and cofteble,i recommend this hotel for business trips. there is sauna room that i enjoyed using it,

Excellent”

Very close to metro station and thus to major city attractions, quiet ad safe neighborhood. Nice and always helpful staff, clean hotel, good breakfast. All in one.

Easy acess also to German "Autobahn" towards south (Alps), east (Salzburg, Innsbruck) and west (Stuttgart).

Very high cost for Internet”

A good hotel, good position, good modern room. However we could not check in until 3:00 as the room was not ready. The main complaint though is that their Internet is extremely overpriced. We had some urgent work to do and chose to work in one of the many cafes offering free Internet for up to 3 hours a day. How can a hotel charge so much for going on line, when it is free in most other places. This is clearly a business hotel, with a nice desk in the room, but we were driven outside by the high price. Annoyed!

Good location but not very comforting”

The hotel has a good location. The staff are friendly. We had two rooms. The first room was in the ground floor where it had patio on the garden and Kitchener including Microwave oven. The other room was in first level on front street and here come the problems; the room has no AC and it was a bit warm, when we open the window it's very noisy because of the cars in the streets. Also it seems there is a hospital nearby as I can hear a lot of ambulances during the night. Mattress and pillow wasn't that good. Wireless internet is expensive but there's a PC with internet on the roof. TV is LCD and very good. The room was clean and nice.

not central, good location near u-bahn,no aircon”

3 minutes from u bahn station and 10 minutes to marien platz by u bahn. room is clean.but no aircon in room sothat very hot in room and even the whole hotel is also hot inside. dont choose the room face to the street, very loud traffic noise throughout the entire day and night.

Good deal with good transportation connections”

Great stay. Rooms small as all are in Germany but e=very efficiently arranged.

Very professional and courteous staff”

Excellent value for money, very close to underground station, veery modern and clean, staff very helpful, I would go back there any time. Only one small complain, the Spa aerea is very tiny and can accomodate max 4 guests at a time

Other hotels are better”

Location is a bit far out from the city centre, not much in the neigbourhood and two of the three members of staff I dealt with couldn't really be bothered to help.

Location nears subway”

The location of this hotel is very good, near the subway.

If you only need a place to sleep”

Don't expect too much and you will not get disappointed. It is really just a place to sleep, right next to a busy street and with tiny rooms.

Housekeeping service substandard”

the room has a kitchenette w/ stove, microwave. No pots or pans provided to cook. there were 3 of us but amenities provided for 2. I had to ask for extra tea cup. Even the cups in the bathroom were for 2. The used cups and dishes were not cleaned. Regardless I left a customary tip at the end of our 5 night stay, would have given more if the service was satisfactory.

Hotel near the underground trains”

This hotel was awesome. It was just a few stops from the main station. Check in was quick. Rooms were very clean and they made up our additional sofa bed nicely. Tv channels had no english channels. Shower and bathtub was clean. Breakfast here was awesome. Really good choice of cold cut meat, cheese, salads and breads. Hot meals were eggs and daily specials. Plenty of other stuff like cereal, yogurt and few others. Coffee was on machine, full choice including mocha and hot chocolate. Had about 9 type of tea choices. The hotel is about 100m from the station but this exit has only staircase. The exit with the escalators were across the road about 200m. Cons: As we were on the ground floor, the garden outside was bit dirty with cigarette butts. Will definitely stay again. Good value for money.
