One of the best hotel in Munich ”
It is one of the best hotel I've stayed in Munich. However the wifi is not for free and the connection of the internet is not so good, but it's useable. Only one problem with this hotel at the time I was there was about the noise of the construction next to the hotel in which disturbed from early morning. The front/service and the housekeeping service are the best. They all care about customers coming in. The interoir of the hotel is very nice, modern, cozy and very clean. The hotel is located not far from U-bahn, the U3 'Oberwiesenfeld' which takes approximately 5 minutes walk to the station and takes only one stop to Olympia-einkaufszentrum (a big shopping mall which has almost everything). I fell in love with this hotel and I will definitely come back here. I'd suggest those people who are coming to munich for vacation with family, here's the place for you.

I stayed here for three nights with a group of lads for Oktoberfest 2013. It is a very modern stylish hotel.The hotel is also very clean and the rooms are comfortable.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit away from the city centre - approx 15 Euro in a taxi. It was quite expensive, but we stayed here during Oktoberfest so all hotels are expensive then. Overall this is a good hotel and I would stay here again when visiting Munich.

Stayed at better 4* hotels ”
Overall it was a little disappointing. Some staff were exceptional whilst a couple of others must have been in a bad mood. It is rediculous that wifi is charged at initial cost of 5.90 Euro per hour and is not inclusive of the cost when booked. Management weren't concerned about this when I approached them to discuss this. Two people stayed in the room and the hotel was aware of this but only one soap, one liquid wash was supplied - not a concern but the attention to detail somewhat lacks from what you would expect from a 4* hotel. It was ok but I will choose another hotel the next time I visit Munich.

Large room but far away from town centre”
Location is not good, far away from town centre. If you rent a car for travelling arround Munich, you can choose Leonardo Royal Hotel. The new interior design of hotel is really attractive. The twin bedroom is large enough for opening two big baggages at same time.

Pleasant hotel”
Lobby looks great so as the rooms. The hotel is very relaxing. The size of the Rooms is not bad. Everything is clean and perfect location beside Olympia Zentrum and Olympia Park. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, food was a problem,since restaurant doesn't provide a large variety of selection. I would definitely come back to it once again.

Confortable hotel but far from city centre”
I spent 5 nights at the hotel. Room had good space and clean. I did not have dinner at hotel but there is a nice bar in case you are interested for a happy hour. It is about 5 min walking from metro station and 10 min from a gas station with convenience store. As almost all hotels in Germany, parking lot is charged but you can find some space at surroundings to park, if that's the case. Also internet is not for free but there is a business center with computers in case you need to use. I recommend the hotel if you do not mind to be away from city center.

It is nice hotel with nice rooms, comfortable bed, nice bath room with good quality. Great room service and polite staff. As I am on a business trip, this hotel as almost fulfilled my expectation in terms of comfort and quietness when you want to rest.

Ok place to stay for visiting elsewhere in Munich”
Our stay was fine. It is located near an U bahn station, and with transit being so good you can easily get anywhere you want to go in Munich. It was Oktoberfest and the staff was busy, but even in that context they did not seem to care much about your individual circumstances. We had a booking issue and they did not seem to want to assist us with it or even discuss it. The rooms were nice. The wifi is not free, and the service was spotty - my sister had to go out into the hall just to access her email. Overall, this is an ok hotel to stay at.

Nice new hotel”
this hotel is not far from u-bahn station, around 3 mins of walk. it takes about 20 mins to travel to the city centre. the room is cleaning everyday, and the breakfast is also great. but it's lack of supermarket or other shopping spot, you'll have to take u-bahn to olympia einkaufzentrum to get some foods and drinks.

Decent place close to Olympic Park”
Overall, the stay was fine. The price of room nights is high for no breakfast and wifi. Housekeeping was not consistent in their cleaning. The cups and glasses were never washed while I was staying there. Toiletries were not replenished unless I asked for them. Service at the Bar in the lobby was excellent. Waiter Valentino Rzig is a gem. I ordered a club sandwich to take away but the waitress did not tell me they did not have boxes for takeaway food. Valentino told her to wrap my food in foil. That helped me greatly as I was in a hurry. They didn't even have a bag to put the foil-wrapped food, but I didn't mind by then as I was in such a hurry. There is another waitress who is also excellent. I failed to ask her name. She is German, blond hair and about 5 feet tall. She is so friendly, recommended food without being asked, kept checking on us constantly to make sure everything was fine. If not for the proximity to the Olympic Park, I will probably never stay there again.

very classy hotel”
this is a lovely, classy hotel. the rooms are pretty standard, perhaps even on the smaller side, but they have everything you need. metro station is right outside the front door so getting into the heart of the city is quick and easy. downstairs bar and lounge is chic and fun and full of people and energy on the weekend. there was even a dj playing the night we were there (saturday). no complaints. for one night stay it was good.

Nice, clean and modern hotel”
The hotel was farther from the city center than I had hoped but we discovered it was very close t the underground line that went directly to both the city center and Oktoberfest, so the location ended up being perfect. The wifi is very expensive and it is not free anywhere in the hotel- big minus- only hotel we stayed in that this was the case.

Overpriced hotel that money grabs every opportunity”
No free parking for guest, 17 euros a day. Long drive to center Munich. 28 Euro bill for 2 Waters and 2 sprites. Stay somewhere else. Room is small and crowded, with lots broken and damaged.

Leonardo Never Again”
Not worth the money. Room was quite packed for 3 persons when the extra bed was deployed, and the toilet itself was quite congested. Our Circuit Breaker tripped and the service guy took a long time to troubleshoot. But before they dealt with the problem, we questioned "why did you take out the sink plug, you should just push it in to plug and push out one more time to unplug it". We told them the draining flow is too slow, but they insisted that we should not take it out. In the end, they solved the power issue. It was actually the hairdryer that was installed in the sink drawer that shorted (not those portable/plug and play type). Water easily seep down from the sink to the dryer. Such poor design. At night, our air conditioned system was down, and the repair guy came, tried to repair but failed. He went back and never returned. We called Room Service for help, and she explained that Service department guys have went back home and we could change room if we want to (it was already 12 midnight) We changed room and was given free welcome drinks coupon for the bar, in an attempt, to make us feel compensated. Later, we were quite unhappy that we can only order fruit juice with sparking water with those drink coupons from the Bar. What a miserly offer for making up for their poor room facilities! Lastly, the welcome biscuits given to us during our check-in was stale. This hotel room services need serious "Reengineering". Welcome Drink Coupons like the ones we had, are not worth giving out, especially we are in the month of Oktoberfest. Welcome Stale Biscuits is a disgrace.
