Acogedor, limpio y bien ubicado”

El apartamento es muy acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Es cómodo y una ubicación estupenda para moverte por Budapest. Estaba muy limpio y calentito cuando llegamos.
No destaco nada. Como mejora tener una toalla de repuesto por el tema de ir a visitar los balnearios no tener que comprarla.

Квартира расположена хорошо относительно всех достопримечательностей. В соседнем доме Spar, рядом остановка общественного транспорта, много кафе и баров. Окна выходили на какой-то караоке бар, поэтому может быть шумно ночью, но нам не мешал шум. Очень высокие потолки! Выглядит круто. Есть всё для чая/кофе, готовки.
Горячая вода нагревается только ночью от бойлера. Ее всего 80л. Мы приехали и горячей воды не осталось, а очень хотелось в душ. Видимо, предыдущие туристы потратили всю воду утром. Пришлось мыться под холодной водой. Вообще 80л хватает двоим на помыться 2 раза в день и помыть посуду, если что-то готовили. За неделю к нам никто не пришёл убраться. это расстроило. Ещё стоит почистить диван 😅 Полно пятен. Ещё самый большой минус, что нужно заранее вносить депозит (150€). Сумма достаточно крупная. Деньги принимают переводом через PayPal или какой-то Revolut. Самая большая проблема состоит в том, что для россиян Revolut для вывода денег не работает, а если вы новый пользователь PayPal, то ждать подтверждения аккаунта и возврата денег приходится в сумме 1-2 месяца. Это не вина хозяина квартиры, но это очень неудобно. Было бы лучше платить допустим горничной и потом забирать у неё же наличные деньги. Что-то вроде того. Владелец квартиры деньги возвращает сразу после поездки, к нему претензий нет. PayPal работает отвратительно.

Великолепно”

Красивый старинный дом с ретро-лифтом. Большая, чистая, современная, очень уютная квартира, есть все нужное. Высоченные потолки, метров 5 наверное. Метро в 3 минутах ходьбы, до центра всего пара станций. Весёлый тусовочный район, много баров и кафе, активная ночная жизнь, но спать при этом совсем не мешает, т.к спальня ближе ко внутреннему дворику. В общем, лучший выбор, какой можно сделать :)
