We were quite happy with the apartment. It had everything we needed and in a fairly good location. The staff was very helpful in figuring out how to find the key and unlock the door.

Hmmm... totally not Ok...”
So, we spent several nights at this apartment. Below are our comments: 1. One of the telephone operators was very impatient. His attitude was like this was the last job he'd ever consider doing but he had no choice, so here he was answering the calls impatiently and trying to say none of this was their job... 2. The room was really not clean. You can see dust almost in every corner. Their staff clearly didn't do the cleaning job properly. I personally really think the host probably never check the condition of the apartment. The towels they offered were strange too. They shed stuffs every time you use them. E.g., after you dry your body or hands with their towels, there will be some sticky stuffs left in your body or hands. This is really very gross. 3. The sink in the bathroom didn't work properly. The water did not go down quick enough, so eventually we had to use the sink in the kitchen. This made shaving or brushing teeth inconvenient. 4. Some part of the floor, especially the area near the entrance to the toilet would make noise when you step on it. This is not OK because at night you can wake up your family when you pass it to use the toilet. 5. THE WORST PART OF THIS APARTMENT is that there is a Bar and Lounge right across the narrow lane from the apartment. They are so loud and noisy from Friday night to Sunday night. They did not stop their music or noise until something like 3 a.m. Given the reasons above, I'd say this is the worst apartment I have ever had after traveling to so many different countries and for so many years abroad....
