"Overall, our stay at this transcient is very satisfactory. We've been to a few hotels here in Baguio during our past trips and I can say that I'm most impressed with this one. The place is very nice and it has everything in it, from hotel-like facilities to super fast internet. My mom was actually surprised upon seeing the aesthetic interior because we had our room booked for only 1,000 per night and we had the whole apartment for ourselves since there were no other guests that time. The place is quite peaceful and private. Also, kudos to the host for being patient with us as we arrived at around 3 in the morning. Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely book again when we go back. "

"We are a family of 5 and the experience of this accommodation was excellent. The rooms are clean and the accommodation was fully furnished and with free mineral water. The best part of it was the parking garage since one of the most difficult to find in Baguio City is the parking space. Caloy the caretaker was very accommodating and will help you in any way he can. All in all it is a home away from home and the experience is memorable."

"This transient is way too far from the city proper. It took us almost half an hour to go to town., the internet on both networks really sucks. Even their own wifi internet didn't work well., but the hosts are really accommodating and very hopitable., thank you a very comfy home., if you want a very quiet and detach yourself from the toxic life of the city then this is the right place to be."

"The house is very new and the amenities are thoughtfully supplied. Linens are clean, sheets are comfy, and the blankets provided were soft and cozy. Cookware and dinnerware were complete and the living/dining room and kitchen were quite spacious. The couch was a bit small for us, but everything else was great. The bathrooms were also really clean and had hot water. The location was farther than our usual but I liked the well-paved Loakan roads. The road to the house, though, was mostly unpaved so SUVs are more suited to the area. Still, there was ample parking. We'd love to stay there again."
