The hotel is very close to the Kyoto station. Has many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Room was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Would recommend 10/10.

The reception was really nice. He helped make the check in easy. I really liked the room I had. There was a tv and a nice bed and the bathroom was great so I was happy.

Great Central location”
place is clean, cheap and close to the station hub. Kyoto doesnt have to much public transport compared to other cities so its good to stay close to kyoto station. The rooms are clean and spacious. The number pad lock system helped alot as we didnt need to carry around keys all day and we could split up if need be. There is laudry room in the hotel so no need to go far. Only 1 however so be quick. Staff are friendly and help you alot. Only complaint is that i wish the bins in the room were emptied daily instead of every 3 days.

The hotel itself is not bad at all. It is clean and does not smell bad. I feel safe. It is close to the station and there is someone who can assist you anytime of the day. One thing I hope they would reconsider is do a basic clean of the room everyday and change towels.

Location is good, not that close to the Kyoto station but it’s within a walking distance. The hotel is new and clean, spacious room. What is strange to me that I hardly saw staff at the reception because there is a self check-in machine. You can leave luggage by locking it with a bicycle lock at the rack. They don’t do daily cleaning. What I like is that they use codes instead of key cards.

Near Kyoto Station”
It is a 6 min. walk from Kyoto Station. There is a 7-Eleven store near the Hotel. I did a late check-in so most of the restaurants I passed by were close. There is enough light outside the hotel to easily identify it. The street to the hotel is mostly well lit by the street lights however the path after the corner of 7-eleven (coming from Kyoto Station) is a bit dark.

Located within a 10mins walk to Kyoto St., There's also bus stops 2mins away, with a few shops and one konbini a minute away. Hotel is new, modern and very clean. Would book again!

Great Location and room. Check in was a bit tricky as it was self check in.(weird) Having a locker for cases to be used pre- check in would have been better as this makes you rethink your arrival time. I'm sure more people would arrive earlier if this was available. Overall our stay was great.

For the price it was definitely worth it. Clean, somewhat easy check-in. But the bed was super firm, so not very comfortable. Location was pretty close to Kyoto station.

Room is typical in size of Japan standards. But their twin room has a space for a coffee table and 3 chairs. Has TV, but no cable channel. Bathroom - tub, shower, heater, basic toiletries, hair dryer. For budget purposes, I may consider this place again. About 7 minute walk from Kyoto station. Kyoto charges accommodation tax in addition to the rate and will be charged by the front desk.
