New Year’s Stay”
We stayed for 3 nights around new year. The price was reasonable considering the time of year. The hotel was a longer walk from the station than I had realized. I got it mixed up with the hotel’s management center. My fault, but a little annoying so be careful! The staff were helpful and spoke good English. Perfectly nice stay!

The location is ideal, close to Kyoto Station. It is possible on foot, but it is located in the middle of a residential area, so it may be difficult to go there for the first time. It is a new, clean accommodation. Daily towels must go before 10 o'clock on the 1st floor.

I don’t think you can leave your bags before check-in. I went here Friday at 11am to check in my luggage but no one’s around, the notice said I have to wait until 1pm. It’s such a hassle that I have to go back to Kyoto station and look for a paid locker. Though, It is a nice business hotel close to kyoto station (10mins walk).

Room is clean and comfortable but the location is quite far to walk from Kyoto station. There will be problem if taking luggage. Other than that is good. No convenience store and place to eat near the hotel. But there’s vending machine outside the hotel.

New hotel in quiet location not far from Kyoto station”
The rooms were more spacious than average for Japan with comfortable beds, a good bathroom and a kettle/tea/coffee. There wasn’t a lot of storage space for clothes but we managed easily out of our cases, stored under the bed. Also there were washing machines available to use on the ground floor. The hotel is a short walk from both the main Kyoto station and the station next to the Kyoto Railway Museum (which is excellent). I believe there is also a shuttle bus to the hotel from the M’s Inn office by the station. There is no breakfast available at the hotel but restaurants and convenience stores are a few minutes walk away. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Please note that we do not provide a shuttle bus for our hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we kindly ask you to come to the hotel by yourself, either by walking from Kyoto Station or other places, or by taking a bus from Kyoto Station and getting off at Shichijo Horikawa. The hotel is new and surrounded by local residents. You have to walk about 700meters away from kyoto station, my walk were good as in around 20-25 Celsius degree. The hotel beside have vending machine and stands between in the middle in two station, it is good choice if you planning to have a little bit of walk around neighbour. Besides, the hotel is totally new, the check in were though electronic platform, you gotta make sure you received the code for check in, otherwise, u have to ring the door bell and the respondent will be fluent English speaker, so there are nothing to worry about.

This hotel supports Self Check in and out, easy and time saving. The room and bathroom are clean and bigger than I expected. It took me 15 mins walk from Kyoto station. The hotel facilities and services really put my satisfaction to a higher degree, even though I didn't have the chance to try it all.

I can't recommend this place enough! The hotel is within easy walking distance of Kyoto Station and Kyoto Tower has very modern facilities, near great bars and restaurants, and a very easy self-check-in and check-out process.

Clean and walking distance to Kyoto station”
Hotel is about 10mins wall from the station. However, you will have to cross an overhead bridge(no other options). Hence it can be quite challenging for groups with big and heavy luggages

Really far from trains (about 12-15 min walk). Buses are more accessible. It looked like it was very closed to the Kyoto Station, but the blocks in Kyoto are large ones. Supermarkets and convenience stores are also less accessible.
