Everything was great ”
Yoko, the host was amazing. She did everything to make her guests feel at home, when I told her my ski goggles were fogging up she even leant me her goggles. The rooms were minimal but clean and tidy. Location was great, a 5 min walk to Adam gondola or 5 min walk to shuttle bus station. If I come back to hakuba, I'll definitely stay here again.

The family is very nice Sasagawa. They drove me to the supermarket and to the restaurants. Yoko treats me very well when I twist by leg. It is recommend to all of you planning to ski in Hakuba.

Yoko san is such a warm and friendly host who really makes this place a home with her sincere smile and customize care. Fluent English of her really makes things easy and smooth. People here always are having great conversation with her. It takes only 5 mins walk to Happo One and 3 mins to the bus stop. She takes us to the places we need if possible especially for the first day supermarket shopping. The dorm ladder is a bit hard to climb but all in all it's still an wonderful experience.
