Kamar Kost-Kostan berubah wujud menjadi Wisma”

Ketika check in kamar belum siap.Padahal saya memberi note untuk early check in saya pun disuruh menunggu sekitar 2 jam padahal sayadari perjalanan jauh dari Surabaya. Setelah 2 jam menunggu saya pun diberi kamar yang sangat sempit dengan ukuran standar untuk 1 orang di kasur, padahal saya sudah booking kamar deluxe, di dalam kamar yang sempit,pengap. Saya pun menelepon dan telepon didalam kamar tidak tersedia, hanya tersedia di koridor sungguh merepotkan, saya pun menanyakan kok kamar berbeda? petugas reception sangat lambat untuk merespon setelah menunggu 1 jam saya pun pindah di kamar deluxe ukuran kamar memang luas, namun westafel berada diluar toilet,air mineral tidak tersedia di kamar,tidak tersedia tissu wajah,dan sikat gigi.Saya booking 3 hari namun saya memutuskan untuk check out sore hari .Ini bukan hotel atau wisma melainkan kost2 bulanan sungguh menyesal saya menginap ditempat ini. Harga tidak sebanding dengan mutu,pelayanan,dan fasilitas.
