Lovely aparthotel”
Big, well maintained, clean apartments Soft, comfortable beds 2-3 bathrooms in each apartment Okay internet in the bedrooms Poorly equipped kitchen Nice dining table with four chairs Two comfortable salon sofas Two TVs AC in every room. Breakfast buffet is included in the price with foul, eggs, salad, cheeses, sausages, tea, coffee and juices. Terrible bread, croissants, cold, dry, unappetizing food in general. Mostly inedible. I recommend that they prepare fewer quality choices than lots of poor standard food selections. Agoda advertizes a swimming pool, but it is simply a water foundation and NO swimming options are available. The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is about 25 minutes east of the city centre with lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets very close by. We enjoyed our stay, but we're disappointed with no swimming pool.

I have received a totally damaged towels , it was torn, shredded and disgusting, and when I reported this to reception he said : ok, I will let the management know about this !!!!

Nice, clean and spacious apartments semi-luxury and new and its price is good and the staff are treated well and the parking lots are shaded ... but there are minor defects .. they lied to us with a swimming pool while there is no swimming pool only pool view Second: the water is too hot and you can not shower without burning We have lodged a complaint with the manager of the hotel without interest. Third: Wi-Fi is very weak inside the apartments and we lodged a complaint to the hotel manager without interest. Fourth: There is no complete kitchen tools in the apartment. They are completely lacking. There are only dishes and cases. Microwaves with flat for heating

We enjoyed the stay. Staff are really friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious, very clean and I'll recommend it to my friends. Except that their beautiful swimming pool is only for display and we were not allowed to dip. :(

Losses Doors handles”
I notice that some of Doors handles are not installed very well... then one of them broken while I was closing the door... I inform the reception & they change me SAR 53. I told them that the handle was not miss used... and they said no ... the handle could be miss used.

One of the worst Stays ”
One of the staff was very unfriendly and you feel like you stay in his home. No blackout and the sun directly in your bed and face. Their air conditioner was leaking water inside the room which is unsafe.
