Good location as the central train station is a 250-metre walk, Romerberg is about 20mins walk. Receptionists were accommodating. Basic but clean single room. Have to give a refundable deposit of €10 to hire a kettle. Stay here if you want accessibility to public transport and “tourist spots.” Thanks for a great stay, Manhattan Hotel!

Near to the Main Train Station”
Good location but a since its near to the train station the surrounding is little rowdy. I stay in Room 408, single room, nice backyard view however, Wifi connection isnt that great often got disconnected, Hotel reception were helpful and friendly, if you need to tour around Frankfurt for 2 days you could purchase the transport card from the Hotel at 13.90.

THe Manhattan Hotel is located near the Fankfurt Main Train Station and is reachable by walking only a few minutes. The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice place near the train station.

The location is good but the service is not good ”
I stayed there for two nights and I was kind amazed that they use keys instead of cards to open the door. Also one of the light is not working in my room and after I told the reception, they didn’t come to fix it for me the next day. After cleaning the room, I didn’t get any new towels. Also no slippers in the room. The lights next to the bed also don’t work. Didn’t find the switch of them.

Good hotel but bad location”
Hotel iteself is good, staff is very helpful. However, the location, though in front of Main Train Station, is full of junkies and drug dealers. Its a shame that in the heart of the town centre people are doing drugs openly - and not only that, the shops are selling them too. Syringes and needles everywhere on foot paths. Night time homeless people replace druggies - I have no prejudice against homeless people - but I saw them peeing openly on pillars and in corners, and then start begging. German government needs to sort out these issues if it needs to attact tourists in the centre of towns. During my stay there was a police presence on one day only when 15-20 cops were around - they cleared the area - it was peaceful for that one day - but then I didn't see a single cop in my 10 day stay. Feels sad when you see the strongest nation in Europe with these issues.

But the lift is small and old. The room is acceptable, design of the toilet is a bit old-fashioned. If you are only staying for few nights, it would be fine. Overall, I would rate 7.5 out of 10.

Worth for money”
The hotel locates at opposite Frankfurt central train station. It’s convenient for travellers arriving by train. A little far from shopping center but ok by taking S Bahn or U Bahn. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the fan in wash room is very noisy and it’s auto on when the light is turned on and takes Long time to auto off after the light is turned off.

The hotel is situated in the center of all actions. You will see homeless people on the streets, people who are high and the streets smells like piss. But in all fairness, the hotel is value for money with the hotel based not far from the train station and its walking distance to multiple restaurants.

I did not have any problems with the hotel but the area was AWFUL. Filled with hookers and drug addicts!! Really have to be careful in the neighborhood of the hotel!!! The hotel was okay but the location seemed VERY dangerous and seedy!! I would not stay here again!!

Staff were quite picky about check-in time, even with rooms clean/available, I had to wait 7 hours until 2pm after a 24hr flight. Room was cold and TV not working properly, WiFi was patchy. I stayed in a nicer hotel around the corner for less.

This hotels needs a GOOD spring cleaning!!”
The carpet outside the hotel rooms is FILTHY. I booked a triple because it was hard to find a room and a triple was better than nothing, The sofa as a bed was dirty and old. GROSS!! The bathroom is the nicest thing about the hotel. Also check out is at 11:00 really? Avoid this dump.
