Great value for money! The apartment has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay, it is clean, safe and warm, but it lacks night stands, perhaps a mirror outside the bathroom and a couple of towels - we got only two for a 5-day stay. The mattress is a bit soft for my taste. It's well located, in a pretty calm neighbourhood, near bus/tram stops, a bakery, supermarket and shopping mall. The staff was nice and professional, the room was ready on time, we got the 50e deposit back after checking out at 10am and left the luggage at the reception until 3pm without any extra charge. We'll come again!

Recommendation”
We loved the location, it is 20 min walking distance from city center, far enough from noise but still close enough. 5 min walking distance there was already a pedestrian zone with bars and street food. It was easy to get there from the airport we took 100E to Kalvin Ter (1 stop) and then there is about 8 minutes walk to the apprtment. Pay attention their web site says they offer transport from the airport, we didn't check that in time so we took the bus. There is a big mall 5 minutes away from the appartment where you also have a small square, food, drinks, Lidl anything you might need. The staff was kind and helpful at all times, the only thing I did not like is that they said they have 24hr working reception on their web site, which they don't. So beware to let them know if you are ariving late, they will leave you a key in a lock. The appartment was super clean, safe and comfortable, we wish we had a balcony but our personal preference, we didn't ask for it up front. All in all great value for price we loved it and highly recommend it.

A fantastic Place to a Stay in Central Budapest!”
I attended for a conference and found Maple Tree through the Agoda website. The location was perfect and the staff was attentive and very helpful. I had a wonderful, bright, spacious single bedroom apartment. Not much of a view, but I could t bear the price or the fact that I had a kitchen! I highly recommend and will stay again next time I am in Budapest!

We stayed there about 6 nights. Very nice small apartment, like for two people it was perfect, it was clean and near to the city center, about 10 to 15 minutes by walking! Would recommend it ofc!

worth it”
couldn't recommend the place more, perfect for students on a budget travelling in group :). However our apartment wasn't ready by the time we were supposed to check in but they offered us late check out for free and a room to put our luggagges in while waiting overall we had a good time, would stay here again

A very nice well equipped apartment. Close to tram stop. Not very far from town centre. Short walk to airport bus stop. Only let down was communication with hotel. They totally ignored my last two emails to them. The hotel informed me I had to check in online but left out the link to the online form. Otherwise a very nice stay

We are satisfied. We stayed for a week. It had a central location. The house was warm. Reception was no problem. We made a deposit of fifty euros in cash. We got it back with no problem. It was clean. There was a refrigerator, washing machine, television, microwave oven, kettle, klima, kitchen utensils etc. We got it early at a good price. It met our expectations in terms of price performance.

The studio appartement was very nice, lot of space, with bus stop and tram stop less than 100 m away, 15 min walking distance to city center, staff was very nice as well! I would definitely recommend this place it’s very good value for money!!

we reserved apartment for one night but next day we decided to stay one more. we’ve been at the reception at 10.15 am to extend reservetion but what i heard from stuff was 🤯 they say that i need to pay 25euro for late checkout (15min late and want to extend reservation) need to change room and wait till 5 pm becouse check in starts from this hour, when i ask about my luggage they say i can pay 20euro for early check in but it starts from 3pm. so still 3 hours you need to sit on your luggage and waiting for the room. Personel wasn’t friendly and didn’t try to find solution for that, only takes more money from you. if you are sure how long have you be there, room are clean and well.

We are glad to have chosen us. Early check in (15€) and late check out (25€) included in the confirmation letter you receive after made the reservation.The daily cleaning is included in the price upon request on your every 4th day, after 15:00pm. Extra cleaning is 10€/occ, extra sheet, bed linen and towel is 1€/piece. The reception is open 24 hours and has any request. I have been in several countries and there has been no more air conditioning in the apartment only in the central location, we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations, so for the price that is low in Budapest we can serve that much. And because the air conditioning is not included in the reservation price, the extra service is € 5 / night. Best Regards

Let me state my reviews in points to be clear 1- First Hotel charge you for 50 Euros deposit it wasn't stated on Agoda website at any step so this is considered a fall back not to inform your customers specially if there will be budget travelers or people who don't have cash on site. 2- Receptionist was so friendly and helped me to have smooth check-in and answered my questions 3- When I checked into the room I found it organized , tidy and clean except from lots of ants on the floor which the housekeeping team needs to take care off as I got bitten when staying on the couch. 4- I found something which really annoying and never found it in any hotel / apartment which they charge you 5 Euros for having AC Remote otherwise you can't turn the AC on 5- Internet was not working at all , I didn't bother as I was staying over weekend , but for someone with long stay this is consider a problem. 6-Location is great as it's near transportation to center through bus 9

Great value for money”
Very comfortable, nice clean and great facilities, even you can find a wash machine. The only thing was missing the air conditioner as was very hot those days but they said it's in progress. Very friendly staff and very good location, near by the shopping centre and the public transport.

Value for Money but need few improvements”
The reception is in another building. need to walk few meters from apartment to check in and check out. need to pay Eur 56 upon check in (EUR 50 refundable upon check out). They also charge EUR 5 per day for use of air-cond (need to request the remote from receptionist). only 1 lift was working during my stay there. and the place gets noisy sometimes. Apart from these things,its a good place to stay.
