A perfect hotel to enjoy the resort in all weather conditions ”
Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, in our experience it is probably the best in the resort to enjoy this place. The views from the windows are nice on every side even if they don’t face the sea. If the weather is good, and it makes sense to go to the beach, it is easy to reach it. In bad weather we used the indoor swimming pool, which is quite big and clean. Breakfast that was included in the price was excellent. There is even a bike hire right in the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed just one night but the feeling is as if we have spent several nice days.

Premium zimmer ohne Balkon und super laut, nachts”
Hi, wir hatten ein Wochenende gebucht mit den Kindern. Das Premiumzimmer ist immer mit Blick auf die Ostsee und mit einem Balkon. Wir hatten eins im Erdgeschoss , nebenan die Bar und direkt gelegen am Gehweg. Super laut zu Nachtzeiten. Ausblick auf die Bäume, kein Balkon. Die Parkgebühr wurde erlassen. Naja, nachts von der Lautstärke geweckt worden, ist kein entspanntes Wochenende. Sehr schade, wenn die Schlaflosigkeit nicht wäre und das Zimmer die angegebenen Kriterien eingehalten hätte. Wäre es gut gewesen.

Das Hotel ist modern und sehr edel eingerichtet . Das innenpool und Sauna Bereich ist sehr sauber und hat immer neue Handtücher parat , die von den fleißigen Mitarbeiter gewechselt wird . Das Frühstück ist ausreichend befüllt und hat fast alles was man braucht .

Altbacken”
Das Hotel ist super altbacken und in die Jahre gekommen. Hier wurde ewig nichts gemacht. Vor allem die Badezimmer sehen schrecklich aus Fugen dreckig, Rotschimmel und sehr altes Design. Beim Frühstück mussten wir über 15 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten. Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Knapp dran vorbei”
Das Hotel war bestimmt mal schön, bedarf aber dringend einer Renovierung. 80% der Fitnessgeräte im vernachlässigten Fitnessraum waren hinüber und es stand mehrfach Housekeeping-Personal im Zimmer ohne zu klopfen. Das junge Team am Front Desk war bemüht und das Team im Restaurant überfordert. Generell ist das Hotel groß und weitläufig, was ich als Pluspunkt verbuche, wie auch die Tatsache, dass man sich bei schlechtem Wetter gegen Gebühr mit Billiard, Darts oder Fußball-Kicker die Zeit vertreiben kann. Der Außenpool ist groß und auch das Hallenbad und die zwei Tennisplätze ok. Schön wäre eine Klima-Anlage auf den Zimmern gewesen. Wir werden noch mal an den Timmendorfer Strand zurück kehren, allerdings ein Hotel buchen, das näher am Strand gelegen ist.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer gruselig,sogar gebrauchte Socken der Vorgastes in der Schublade, Bettwäsche war fleckig. Der Teppichboden schmutzig. Durch die liebenswerte Art des Servicemitarbeiters im Pup Herrn Thomas Kessler, der sich um alles gekümmert hat, wurden es doch noch tolle Tage. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist toll.
