          The worst place I've ever stepped in ”

          as a solo traveller, I wish i could say that this so called 'hotel' has a great value for money cosidering the cheap price but I've been to various cheap hotel in various city and honestly I've been to a much much much much much better place with half the price but this one, with no exaggeration, it was the worst ever place i have ever stepped in. the location is quite hard to reach if you're not using the highway and the overall design of the building is a complete disaster although i have to admit, the staff is doing a pretty good job at keeping my emotions on the right place. they were nice and obedient. everything else beside that is a hell hole and i didn't actually ended up sleeping in that room. it was so bad, that i checked out 5 minutes after i checked in cause they can't give me another room. so if you're reading this review considering to stay at this place after looking at the pictures, believe me. DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE and don't repeat the same mistake that i did.

          Practical stop over”

          Location, price, practicality

          We booked a room at Maven because we had to attend a wedding party in that area, church ceremony in the afternoon, followed by reception in the evening. We live quite a distance from that place, so we'd rather stay in a nearby hotel to save us time & energy. Location is great & price is affordable. It turned out to be a pleasant experience because we could use the spare time to relax & freshen up, instead of fighting our way through traffic.

          near to atm, the ayam bakar next door is good, an angkot ride away to the mall

          It was something we couldnt say as marvelous. they need to sort out the plumbing and also the ac condition... the owner should really pay more attention to this. At the moment the hotel seems to have 'that' title.

          horrible! i wonder how people ever get to give a good review before! the room was all dirty and moldy! i asked for a room change because the wall was full of mold and broken right beside the bed. the new room was no better. the bathroom was so dirty.. it was the most horrible stay i have ever had in my life..

          1. The price. 2. Good wifi

          Dirty floors, dirty stairs, dirty bathroom. Last time there were muds on floors. No tissue, no breakfast, only soap available on the bathroom. No hot water (only a little warm), only 1 towel served, thin blanket, hear through wall (gypsum). No cable tv (international channels)
