amazing”

Ryian at reception was absolutely, amazing when i lost my wallet and credit cards, Maxone was so helpful and took me to western union, if it was not for the staff at Maxone i would be sleeping on the street, they also got me food when i had no money. Also Jimmy the GM was so nice and really understanding. firda and Eka was also so so helpful, i really would not know what to do if it was not for the staff at this hotel. i would recommend anyone, families, single travellers to defiantly stay at the Maxone, Kramat, or any Maxone the service is %100 and i will be coming back for sure........

Nice Hotel in Great area”

During check in the reception was nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is accessible since located at Central Jakarta. They had Grand Gado - Gado Boplo, Indonesian Restaurant. The taste of food was very good. Would like to stay again at this hotel.
