I totally enjoyed my stay as it was clean with many pools and a great direct access to the beach! The city is a mere 10-15 minutes taxi ride and you can easily order Grab. I will highly recommend coming here for a relaxing holiday.

Great service from front desk staff. The package included a afternoon tea but we went out everyday so didn't get to enjoy it. So on the last day after check out we thought we swing by coz we had a late flight. The reception staff at the restaurant denied out entry, we explained the situation, we weren't gonna eat much we just wanna kill some time mainly, we told her she could check her guest list to see we didn't went once during our stay. She never bothered to do anything just told us we are not entitled and stood there waiting for us to leave. That wasn't a good feeling. Otherwise it was a good stay. Nice beach, I wished it could have ended in a better way.

Relaxing in Danang”
I love the stay in Melia DaNang, even if it not so convenient to go out to the town as we have to rent a car or taxi. But the hotel is so nice and the beach is so fantastic, I love to stroll along the beach and swinging in the hammock and have a good view of the sea and sands, it is very relaxing. And the SPA is fabulous, really enjoying myself in the SPA.

Stayed between 22nd to 29th December in a level room. Great location right on the beach a little out of town beside the Marble Mountain. Taxis are pretty cheap to get into town. Thought the hotel food in all outlets very good and the staff excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful private beachfront they serve fruits to quench our thirst when we are suntanning at the beach. Far from the city, our dinner was settled at the hotel's restaurant and room service. We stay at the LEVEL room, where we can enjoy afternoon lounge refreshment and drinks and the room are amazing like a villa.

The staff were great. Warm and hospitable. The lifeguards really took good care of the swimming children, ensuring they wore correct-sized life jackets. The staff also manned the slides for the young kids. We asked for a late checkout and were granted almost immediately. During rainy weather, they distributed balm just in case we needed it. Location was a bit far from everything but the stay was worth it.

I forgot to lock the safebox which I left 10,000 USD equivalent in VIetnamese Dong. The staff went to the beach to find me and bought me back to my room. The money was counted and nothing changed. Very honest staff and a good hotel system.
