The reception of the hotel is not cooperating,what we booked the room from Agoda app ,it's not the same room their ,the was very small no wifi few are broken furniture.the reception said u booked the promo room ,so that's why we offer you this room... I want to ask Agoda app why u dnt review the hotels who are delivered the cheaper service...

The problem is with the staff”

Room is clean, with own mini kitchen, mini fridge and a plasma tv, so its a nice one. Bathroom is clean and also the room but I hope give atleast two bath towels. A little far from the stores and fastfood chains. But its really nice the over all room. Just the staff... when we asked to fix the signal of the tv... they said yes. But when we came back and asked if its fixed the guy just laughed at us, when we came in to our room and checked... still there isnt a signal. Everytime we asked for something to the staff, for a first few minutes they will just look at us as if trying to absorb what we were saying. They understand a little english, but I talk to them in Arabic language.

size of room is good very close to many restaurants airport can be accessed without traffic friendly staff bed is not comfortable nothing is in the kitchen except the heater you should bring everything walls are not clean it shows old stains of drinks

I took 2 bed room apartment , they give me one single !!!!!! and one double bed only no merrors or cupboard or chairs enough , although location and staff was satisfactory .

The only room available wasn’t even prepared or cleaned after the last person, the bedsheets aren’t replaced or washed, theres mold everywhere and it stinks, i asked if they could replace the sheets and they said they don’t do that, the receptionist is barely available and he’s terrible at his job, never booking here again and definitely don’t recommend it.
