Best hotel in Ancol Jakarta”
The best hotel you can get if want to stay in Ancol, Jakarta. You would never regret. Nearby to Ancol Dreamlands; you can say it. Even staying in hotel is so nice until you feel you dont want to go anywhere else. Even the pool is spacious and love it because have pool for kids. Only food needs improvement a bit. I mean, there’s plenty of foods to choose but the taste is not too stunning but is edible. Everything was ok. Staffs are very helpful too. From the front desk, even the guards are very helpful. I’m here for business purpose but brought my family as well; for vacation. 4 days 3 nights is not enough for me. Definitely will come back here and choose this hotel again. A place where you will not regret.

Best staycation after a long while.”
I've been wanting to take my mum and my son to a short vacay/staycation after years not going anywhere with them. When I finally could, I asked my son and he wanted a pool in the hotel and my mum wanted to go someplace with a bit of nostalgia. So I picked Mercure Ancol and we did have the best time after a really long while. Our stay was really memorable. We had a really great time. Everyone got what they one wanted, the best pool with a really cool slide and a feeling of nostalgia. The staff was superb and friendly, the meal was excellent, the room was clean and cozy. I'm glad I made the right choice for my family. I really hope we could do another family staycation with my sister when she's in town. Thank you, Mercure Ancol, for making our stay memorable!

A Memorable Staycation”
I've been wanting to take my family on a vacay/staycation. Chose Mercure Ancol from what my mum and son wanted, a nostalgic site and a cool swimming pool. We had a really wonderful moments during our stay. The staff were super nice and friendly. The room we stayed in was clean and cozy. The swimming pool had a cool slide with different kinds of pool. And the pool staff were very helpful too. The meal was delicious and on the first breakfast they gave me a discount. We had the best staycation and definitely looking to go there again with more family member next time. Very pleasant stay. My family was happy and so was I. Thank you very much.

The hotel was really clean. They applied the C19 protocols very well. We could only swim for 1 hour to give a turn with the other guests. The staff were incredible kind, polite, helpful. They also had popcorn for breakfast. The location was really close to Dufan and Sea World. We had a great stay in this hotel.

I was so happy that i got upgraded to a deluxe room. The staff really took care of us during our stay. It was perfect. However, on Saturday morning the hotel was full with participants of an event. Makes it really full and uncomfortable during breakfast. But overall it was really good stay. Wonderful
