Business hotel purely”

Got posted to this hotel for a business trip in Hamburg. 5 minutes walk to the train station. More suited for business trips than for pleasure but the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Spacious, clean room, good enough location, some of the stuff were friendly ”

Although it is a nice hotel, that that unfortunately really stayed in our mind was a couple of very unfriendly stuff at the breakfast serving.

bad, not confortable”

during my stay i noticed several item, which are not correct:- • bathroom o the light is covered by the hair dryer, which this is very dangerous, since especially during night, you can put your fingers in the whole plug o towels are too poor and need to be changed o growing missing from the bathroom shower area, which this is not hygiene at all. • mattress o mattress require to be change, since i woke up with terrible backache every morning

A Fantastic Hotel”

A well nestled hotel, walking distance from Hammerbrook (City Sud) metro. And just one stop away from Hauptbahnhof which is the Central station. The staff of the hotel is extremely helpful. Especially Ms. Milena Torun was really warm and helpful to accomodate us. And Jentsch provided us with all info we required of the area, since it was our first trip to Hamburg. The layout of the breakfast was excellent and the property even had a SPA & SAUNA in the basement which was so needed in the cooler weather there.

Für 5 Personen 2 Zimmer gebucht. Je 2 Nächte. Klimaanlage lief, aber kühlte das Zimmer nicht runter. Bei dem bezahlen ( eigentlich hohen Betrag) war kein Frühstück enthalten. ( auf Nachfrage 24 Euro pro Person und Nacht! Gibt es da goldene Eier???). Zimmerreinigung nur alle 2 Tage ist ja ok, aber nur knapp 1,5 Rollen Toilettenpapier und 2 !!! Hygienebeutel für 2 Frauen, find ich sehr wenig. Flüssigseifenspender leer!!! Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

Ansprechendes Hotel zum Zentrum weit zu Fuss”

Das Hotel ist modern möbiliert und die Atmosphäre ist gut. Es liegt jedoch ein wenig abseits vom Zentrum. Ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss oder 10 Minuten bis zur nächsten S Bahn. Frühstück wie überall zu teuer. Internet kostenlos in der Lobby. An einem Abend wurde gratis Nackenmassage angeboten. Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Personal ist zuvorkommend.

朝食が美味しく、インターネット閲覧は無料（プリントアウトも無料）でしたが、ロケーションがいまいちのような気もしました。

เป็นโรงแรมที่มีขนาดกลาง ในระดับ 4 ดาว ถือว่าเป็นที่พักที่น่าสนใจ มีเครื่องชงกาแฟ ที่ให้เราชงเองทุกห้องเลย เหมือนได้นั่งจิบสตาร์บัส ที่ห้องพัก มีน้ำแร่บริการในห้องพัก อยู่ริมแม่น้ำ เล็กๆที่สะอาด OK นะ

Dålig service”

Bokade ett rum för 3 personer vilket fungerade bra förutom att vi endast fick två handdukar och två kaffekoppar med tillhörande kaffekapslar. Efter att vi sagt till om det så fick vi 3 handdukar och men inget kaffe. Personalen lovade att komma med det men det skedde aldrig.... Att frukosten kostar 20 euro per person är på tok för mycket.

Bra Hotel”

Bra Hotel, bra frukost, rummet ngt litet för 4 vuxna eller med 2 tonårsbarn. Annars prisvärt. P-garage ngt dyrt 15 eur / natt. Wifi mkt bra. Läget sådär (ligger i Kontorsområde) men det går buss utanför dörren vare kvart, max 10-15 min till Centralstation.

helt perfekt! rummet var rymligt och modernt. läget med tunnelbanan inom några minuters promenad gjorde det enkelt att förflytta sig mellan sevärdheterna!
