Excellent hotel and great location”

AS you can expect from a Mercure brand the hotel was a very good standard. Rooms reasonable size, clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant had a great buffet. Easy walking to all the city attractions and tourist sites.

Pas de bar et pas de restaurant ”

Hotel fantôme, il a fallu prendre la voiture pour aller au restaurant, l’hôtel ne servait pas à manger et le bar était également fermé… dommage pour un établissement comme celui-ci. Cependant le personnel est très sympa et les chambres sont bien également.

Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Früherer Check-In war möglich. Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer auf den Rhein. Gute Frühstücksauswahl (mit Koch). Annehmlichkeiten wie Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Gläser für Bier und Mineralwasser. Gute Klimaanlage. Es lohnt sich ein Gilles-Kombiticket für 19 Euro zu kaufen (1-stündige Panoramafahrt mit dem Schiff + Seilbahnfahrt zur Festung Ehrenbreitstein)

... allerdings keine Weiterentwicklung der Gastronomie Richtung Weinwirtschaft, obwohl man hier an der Schnittstelle zweier Weinanbaugebiete (Mittelrhein-Mosel/Saar) liegt; auch ist das Frühstück früher vielfältiger gewesen.

Goede ligging en prijs kwaliteit ”

Heel aangenaam bij de receptie als de kamer. Alles heel netjes en geordend met een super mooi uitzicht. Ontbijt was redelijk maar niet echt wat ik had verwacht. Beetje sumier maar wel lekker. De ligging is goed tov alle bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Prachtig !
