Pro: the place is clean, equipped with most utilities and facilities as an apartment and it is quite near to Dotonburi tourist spot. However, you need to improve: 1) send the check-in process earlier to the customers so that people from overseas understand the process that is common in Japan.. mine was sent on the night of check-in date, after the long search of place and calling Agoda for help. 2) please give the address of the apartment location that is searchable by Google Map. In this case the searchable address is: MELL-THEATER RESORT 1 Chome-4-2 Shimanouchi C hūō-ku, Ōsaka-shi, Ōsaka-fu. 3) please be more responsive when customer send message through Agoda Apps.. we had to wait hours to get a reply..at the end we managed to get inside the room at 10pm after a long waiting..

Acceptable clean. Location 15mins walk to subway, 20mins walk to shopping area dontobori etc... We find it abit far. The elevator has urine smell. Expected a sofa bed but end up with futon beds.
