You can easily checked in even at midnight if you have midnight flight. It only took 10 minutes from the airport to the hotel. You will be welcomed by cool breezy fresh Bandung night air. The landmark for the hotel is very easy, just say Bandung Train Station. The staffs are polite, friendly and always with a smile. The hotel welcomed us with very nice spa-like scent along the way from reception to the room. There's a spa service(chargeable) which the masseuse can come to your room and give 1-2 hours full body spa. It's a great treat after a whole-day-shopping-sightseeing-session. Just inform the reception should you wish for the spa treatment. As Bandung is very well-known with Kartikasari bakery, this hotel situated 5 minutes walking distance to the biggest Kartikasari outlet. It's also a walking distance away from the famous Pasar Baru. It was a good stay although there were minor problem with the water heater & water pressure in the hotel. The internet were also good!

Our stay was great. Once we arrived at Bandung Train Station, it was so easy to find our hotel which was just walking distance and right in front of the train station, next to Serena Hotel. There were so many angkotan (van) outside the hotel area. Pasar Baru was just a walking distance for about 10 minutes. The staffs are good as well. Thanks.

since i need to rush for early in the morning train to Jakarta, i need a hotel which located just few steps away from the Bandung Station. So, this hotel definitely the best choice for me. The check-in process also fast with warm welcome from the staff. Inside the room, i was amazed with the room decoration with the amount that i pay, i think it is above my expectation. Well done. The bed is fine too. However, i can see few hairs flattering on the floor of the toilet during my check in date. the breakfast even though i already paid for it, i cant manage to have it as i need to rush for the train before the breakfast is ready. it ends with just two slices of bread with weird taste of peanut butter Overall, i will definitely come back here. Just need few improvement in term of the room cleanliness then you will be great.

When we reached the hotel, the check-in process for the rooms were very fast. The staffs were very polite, friendly and helpful. Although all the rooms no windows, the rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The water heater for the showers in the rooms were not working in order. I complained to the staff, they repaired it. Unfortunately, the water heater didn’t seem to be working properly. The staff said would bring the matter to the hotel administration. The Bandung Railway Station was about 100 meter away from the hotel. Many food stores and restaurants were nearby and within walking distance. The shopping areas could be easily accessible by walk or taxi. The food for the breakfast was not many choices, should be upgraded.

i arrived late about 10pm. the staff are all very friendly and informative. check in process was fast. location is easy to find, just mention kebun kawong to the taxi driver. Hotel Serena just opposite the hotel, it was a famous landmark to find the hotel. The hotel is nearby Kartikasari and Pasar baru. taxi fare just around 25k - 40k depending on the traffic to Pasar Baru. Hotel also provide spa+massage, airport transfer and driver to go around bandung.

I feel like home. I am a female solo traveller and I feel safe staying here. I can walk to the vegan restaurant near Istana mall. I can catch a train conveniently. However the laundry fee is quite exoensive. They do not mention that they charge extra 5,000 IDR for ironing per piece. When I got the bill I was bummed for how they charge. This should make it clear for customers.

We were stayed here for five nights and the staff was very friendly. We reached at the hotel late night and the staff make the check in process very fast. We managed to stay at the large room since we stay here for 5 nights. Everything is ok except phone service in my room is not function and i already make a complain to the front desk but no action was taken. The hot water in the bathroom is sometime function ok sometime not ok..and the rest about the hotel is very ok.

Not worthy for value of money”
One night in this hotel did not impress me at all. Eventhough the room is clean, towels were so old and torn in some parts. I had no hot water at all in the bathroom. I called the Receptionist and they sent a staff to check it (not fix it) and it did not work at all. I did not move to other room or even check-out due to I arrived very late in the hotel (approx. 10.30pm) and had to check-out at 6:30am the next morning. So basically i just stayed for 9 hours, and i don't really want to hassle myself about the hot water issue to stay up late. The next morning I just had to deal with cold water to take shower! I had experience to stay in the other hotel with the same rate of Mine Hotel, I got a better amenities in room, good quality of towels, and variety of food during bfast. Tips: it is better to bring your own towels and bathroom amenities whenever you stay in 3 stars hotel because you don't know what they provide you!

summary of mine my home hotel bandung the pic show on agoda web is not mine home but hotel near mine home i make reservations for deluxe king bed but i get just queen n very small room for 3 people and he gives the answer may have problems with agoda because they dont have a room like that i do not recommend this hotel because the water is very dirty and have water pump problem 2days we have to bought mineral water to take a bath all 4d3n our rooms never been cleaned breakfast very distressing no iron
