The apartment was spotlessly clean, in a great location near to transport (especially the main international train station), and the owner was friendly and helpful.
It's a lot of stairs up to the apartment, and the ceiling of the bedroom area was very low. Fine for me, but might be a struggle for very tall travellers.

Small flat in a 19th century house. No traffic noise. A bistro opposite the house. Five walking minutes from Nyugati railway station. Not expensive but comfortable.
Not my problem, but: many, many steps, no lift - not suitable for elderly people or heavy luggage.

The apartment on the 2nd floor of a nice historical building is really mini, especially the kitchen, but otherwise perfect for a short stay and furnished with everything you may need. Very sympatic landlords live next door. The location is perfect - in city center, just 5 min walk from the main railway station, but still very quiet! The price was also friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The location was one of my favorite parts, very close to main transport stations. The interior design was also very nice and modern. The apartment was spotless so that was great. The bathroom was very big and comfortable to use.
The kitchen was extremely limited so cooking was hard. Having some more kitchen equipment would have been better. The exhaust in the kitchen was not working properly.

Two days in Budapest”

The position in the heart of Budapest was great, very comfortable to get to both the parliament, ports and island on Danube. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was great and could communicate in english very well. This is rare in hungary (according to our modest experience). There was even a small kitchen with fridge. Nothing big, but sufficient.
There was not air conditioning, which can be bothering at nights during summer months. But the equipment is written in thr description. Also from the conversation with the owner it serms that ac is missing due to certain unfortunate circumstances due to covid.

I had a flat just for myself, and was a private local person owning, so I was happy to help. I had a fridge and a small kitchen so I could keep the drinks cold and make myself a coffee. Perfect for singles or couples.
The weather was really hot, I only had a fan, but in Hungary is common. In the end I was fine with just a fan, but if you suffer the heat, and you need air con, just ask before if they can arrange with something.

the apartment was ok for a single person or two. the bathroom had a lot of space
It gave me the creeps the fact that the landlord, who lives right next door, was the whole day looking at the window. the kitchen was really small, even more that it looking in the pictures and the fridge was only able to store 2 -3 bottles and nothing more
