We visited over the long weekend holidays, so we booked this place at an over priced cost. The location was great with no restaurants inside the hotel, but many famous restaurants and markets near by. However, the room was just old and outdated. I'd stay here again since the staff was very nice.

Good Japanese-style inn on a budget”

This was a great place to stay in Ishigaki, the location is perfect - right near downtown, the bus Terminal (to/from the airport) and the ferry terminal. The building is nicely decorated outside and inside the common areas. The rooms and amenities are basic but you can experience a Japanese-style room without paying for all the luxuries usually associated with one. And last but definitely not least, the staff lady is SUPER nice and helpful, she spent over half an hour calling different companies trying to find us a rental car, which she totally didn't have to do! (Pro-tip, book a car in advance!)

stayed 3 nights and felt very comfortable. walking distance to ferry port & euglena mall. staff were very friendly, though they could not speak much english

Very good choice in Ishigaki”

it helps us save a lot of accommodation cost, we stayed here for 4 nights. although its a share bathroom, we don't need to share with others at the same time as only few customers here.

An excellent traditional Japanese experience. The non-english speaking staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Central location - close to Ishigaki city and restaurants.

This is a traditional Japanese Minshuku offering a great Japanese experience. Comfortable and very large rooms in a great location, close to Ishigaki Port. Staff have no english language skills but are extremely helpful and welcoming.

民宿主人和服務人員都很NICE且有耐心, 就算和我們語言不通還是可以盡量理解問題並提供協助, 房內是傳統日式榻榻米, 整理得很乾淨。地點離公設市場步行約5~7分鐘, 離碼頭10~15分鐘, 且門外就是Bus Stop「棧橋通」, 無論要往港口或機場都很方便, 雖然離鬧區近, 但民宿所在很安靜, 可以好好休息。整體來說, 若不介意共用澡堂, 也不需要無敵房景, 這裡是平價民宿的最佳選擇。
