Nice sea-view but need more enhancements”
-The rooms are good but no towels or slippers even after we asked about this, they provided only one towel and one slipper for double room(two persons) and said we can’t provide more ! -The receptionist take long time to answer the calls and sometimes don’t answer and onetime I have requested iron and they said ok but they didn’t provide it. -When asked for sea view rooms instead of city view, The women in the reception refused the request and she said there’s no availability but in the same day i met Mr. Abbas in the reception and he was very helpful and supportive and accepted my request and gave me two sea view rooms instead of city view, Many thanks Mr. Abbas. -The sea view is perfect and you will feel relax at your bed ♥️ -The hotel have good restaurant with good view. -The rooms furniture is modern with good condition -The hotel have private parking for the guests -The location is perfect Overall rating: 7 / 10

I've been waiting for long time to get in, it takes around 30 min that was unacceptable. And as i been told from reception that there was an issue with agoda that they didn't show them my reservation and stuff like that. Anyway i think i will no more gonna use this App Agoda. I'm so upset

Review on a 2 day stay”
Check-in took more than 15 mins even though there were no customers at the counter. No proper greeting and doesn't feel like welcomed. There was no answer from reception just before check-out. Had to take the luggage by our selves as nobody answered the phone. The woman who was in the counter at the time of check-out was on the phone talking to someone and laughing without giving any concern to the check-out procedures. Will never recommend a friend to visit this place.

Stayed there previously and was accepted and lower in price but this time faced unprofessional reception staff as first gave me twin beds room and changed as booked to king bed room but unfortunately they don’t check everything before customer check in as tv remote not configured and refrigerator not working in addition to missed AC remote and again another room without any apology about what happened

Internet connection was very very poor. 2 days i stay there no one come for room service even i called for room service. no towel, no tooth paste, no shaving kit, no Iron Box, no refrigerator provided, the weight machine was broken. & cleaning staff behavior was like king of hotel. overall my experienced was worst & they spoil my two days.
