This place was lovely! The decor of the “window” was such a cute touch. The room had lots of space. The bed was comfortable. They provided a set of pjs as well. Another feature that I liked was the tea cups and the kettle and the water boiler (Tiger brand). I only stayed for a night, but I had a wonderful stay and it was located in a convenient place. Make sure to exit A3 and walk straight towards the corner where the cross walk is and make a right. The hotel is on the left side.

Hotel room looked very new, clean and well maintained. Few minutes walk from kyoto station. Shower water pressure is strong. Booked separate bookings for 2 consecutive nights, happy that the hotel staff managed to arrange same room for my stay:)

Love the good variety of Japanese and western choices during breakfast, staff are friendly and helpful. Room is nicely furnished and love that they have USB power points so that we do not need to use a travel adaptor

Can’t stress enough how good the location is. Just next to Kyoto station which is very convenient. Hotel facilities are new and housekeeping is excellent. Staff are also very friendly and very keen to help. Overall, very pleased with the Mitsui brand and I will continue to support the local Japanese hotels after my experience with them this time.

Convenient location, super clean.”
You walk out the front of Kyoto station and it’s 200 meters to the right. We went when Sakura started to blossom and they had charts in the lobby showing which areas in Kyoto were in bloom. The staff was very kind. Hotel seemed very new and clean.

The hotel is nice, clean and cosy. The staff are friendly. Location is convenient for travelling as it is just a short walk from Kyoto station. There’s a smartphone charger with different types of plugs for different phones that really help. One thing we dislike is that the room have no view so cannot enjoy watching the snow from the room as we wish to. One point can be improved: it is quite difficult to find the hotel though it is very close to the Kyoto station, agoda or hotel may provide a close-look map to help foreign guests to find the hotel easier. Overall the hotel is good with the price we paid

Reasonable price, room is big enough for 3 adults and 3 big luggage. New and comfortable stay. This hotel doesn't have onsen facilities but very ideal location to travel via metro and bus. Will not hesitate to recommend.

Pretty room very near to Kyoto Station”
We stayed here for 3 nights, and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean. It was a good-sized room with a small side-table sufficient for snacks and chats. They also had a clean bathtub. The hotel staff also provided a helpful guide for public transportation to local attractions when we asked for help. Although there were no "real" windows, the decorative window was pretty and made for a nice photo.

This hotel located at exit A3 (for Shiokoji St / Kyoto Cerema Bldg) from the food street (underground). If you come out from the Kyoto main station entrance facing the Kyoto Tower, the direction for this hotel will be in your right side behind Family Mart. Hotel signboard is placed at the street instead of the building. This is a Japanese Theme hotel. All the decor, furniture and electric item also in good quality. I love the shower gels and the shampoo. It was so great! Location is strategic. Only 1 min walk to the underground mall and 3 mins walk to Kyoto Station. I will look for this hotel again for my next visit! Thank you.
