Hotel is very convenient as it is near to train station and shopping malls such as Daimaru just right behind. Which means you can shop and eat around. Airport shuttle bus is just within 5mins walk. I love the room as it is huge and toilet as well! Toilet comes with a bathtub. Definitely worth staying here. Hotel staff were polite and helpful too. Sadly due to COVID-19, we didn't manage to use Onsen and Refreshment services. Check out on the last day was smooth and easy, done within seconds. Highly recommend this hotel!

The front staff was simply some of the best I’ve dealt with. Very polite and elegant, and even offered to move me to a different room than I originally booked (twin to double). I always have a fantastic time at Mitsui Grup hotels but this time was exceptionally good.

Decent hotel nearby Sapporo station ”
Conveniently located nearby the main station with good connectivity, but the road might be slippery and tough during snowy days. Facilities and room were clean and decent. Booked a moderate twin and its room size was slightly larger than expected. Staff was helpful and able to solve the problem and deliver the committed arrangement (even though there was a bit of miscommunication at the beginning). Overall a nice stay. a bit pricy for the snow festival period, but I guess that’s the norm for all the hotels in the town.

The hotel is tidy. It is quite unique with hot public bath near Sapporo city. Just 2 minutes walk to Daimaru and it’s convenient when it snows. You can go underground street easily to odori. Near train & bus station makes it a hotel to recommend others

Please take note that non-smoking rooms are not confirmed even if we requested accordingly. We were quite taken aback when we were allocated a smoking room, and only managed to change rooms after a couple of nights. At least the hotel staff were kind enough to give us a room upgrade.

Small onsen, but not too many ppl when I was there so that's fine. Luggages couldn't be kept overnight, need to store them in Sapporo station coon locker. Room was big compares to other hotels.

The hotel is about 10 mins walk to Sapporo Station. We booked for a room for 3 pax and they provided us with 3 single bed which is good but there is no space in the room for us to open our luggage bag. The hotel has their in house onsen.
