Newish hotel, functional ”

Stayed for one night. Hotel rooms are functional and comfortable, reasonably clean. Hotel strongly emphasizes on their self check in system which I found impractical. Also personnel is not always present at front desk with rather unclear signage. Interior design has a utilitarian vibe to it, some request amenities which would typically be provided free of charge at other hotels are to be paid for from a vending machine. Also beds are just okay, bedding is nothing to write home about. Why southern german properties would 9/10 times provide two little blankets in one big bed is beyond me, but to be fair appears to be regional norm. Location is good, right next to main station. Some dining options available within walking distance. I consider mk to be one of the better & most up-to-date options in Passau, although some aspects (vibe, availability of personnel etc) are detrimental to the overall experience.

Have to say this was great value for money in every way. We are backpackers from Australia(middle aged) and proximity to train station, shops and the beautiful streets of Passau was all a short walking distance from MK Hotel. Would say that all the people we dealt with went above and beyond to help with our stay.

Good, new hotel in the center”

New, good hotel just next to the main train station. It's a bit outside the old city center, but 5 minutes walk and you'll be there. The rooms were modern, clean, tidy and very well insulated against the noise of the big street nearby. Check-in at night available at the automatic machine. TV available, WiFi was very slow though, staff was friendly. Overall acceptable for the 77€ I paid per night.

Lage”

Die Lage des Hotels liegt direkt an der Donau. Auf der Haupteingangsseite (für Bahnreisende optimal) ist der Bahnhof. Außerdem ist man sofort in der City von Passau sobald man das Hotel verlässt. Einfach Toll!!!

Ganz in Ordnung ”

Das Hotelzimmer war modern und hatte alles, was man braucht. Lediglich der "blaue" Flur passt meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht zum Rest des Hotels und wirkt wenig einladend. Auch der Geruch im Flur und im Zimmer war nicht sonderlich angenehm. Das Bedezimmer war sehr klein und beengt. Der Rest vom Zimmer dafür sehr groß. Die Teestation war gut.
