Although was a pleasant stay and value for money.”

The location of the property was the most significant reason to stay,it’s nearby the metro station ,the center and you have many options for different grocery stores .I went in February so the weather was freezing outside but the heat in the house was perfect .
it’s in a big old building with many residents so it’s a bit noisy. the property was quite clean but some spots needed more attention.

Location was brilliant, extremely close to the centre and many restaurants and shop nearby, especially with the main bridge in Budapest under construction right now. The host were easy to get hold of and the person (Lili) that met us for the keys were friendly and showed us everything needed for the place.
Half of the spot lights were broken, a broken mirror in the room too, which the host messaged they will remove but didn't do so. Shower did not have holder (it did but it was really loose and near the ceiling)

Great location, warm and quiet”

Great location, very warm and stylish apartment. Quiet and comfortable. Easy check-in.
The apartment looks a bit “tired”. Many dirty walls, empty bottle behind the drawer in one of the sleeping rooms, no shampoo or shower gel (which is ok, but would have been nice to have), a massive dent in a door in another sleeping room. Nothing dramatic, but it made the overall impression of the apartment a bit worse.

For the price paid, it was a lovely place to stay for a few days in Budapest.”

It was in a perfect location as it was in walking distance to the city centre. It was quite modern looking, with nice decor, the beds were comfy, heaters worked well when cold in the evening and it was a good size for 4 of us to stay. For the price we paid to stay at the property, which I believe was quite cheap, it was a really good stay.
The shower head was broken as it was pouring water out the side of the head so it was not easy to shower. There was also popcorn on the carpet which I assume was from previous tenants and slightly dusty underneath the beds. It was slightly noisy, which we had read from previous reviews, but it did not affect my stay.

Location. The place is very nice. Beds are very comfortable. You have everything you need in the kitchen and the living room is very comfortable.
A bit dusty, especially the places you don't see (behind the beds) if you are allergic to dust you can feel it. There is also an extra fee of €10 for late arrival which is not very clear when you booked in. This is the first time I am charged for late arrival. We ordered an extra towel for the toilet and they said they forgot to bring it so we had to use the hand towel from the kitchen.
