Absolutely fabulous!”
We stayed here for a week from Christmas to New Year's and it was absolutely fantastic. All the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable from the moment we checked in and until we checked out. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is on the beach while at the same time easily accesible to the city. Our room was clean and comfortable. We looked forward to breakfast everyday as they had such an impressive selection of high quality dishes daily. Their pho in particular was excellent. We also enjoyed their daily afternoon tea. One highlight of these meals (apart from the food) was how their staff (we remembered Dory, Clara, Anna) always made it a point to say hi to us, check on how we were and constantly asked how they could make our stay better. They also gave us useful suggestions on activities to do and restaurants to sample. Their spa is worth trying too. Overall this is an outstanding hotel and we would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Da Nang.

Best hotel in danang, great satff!”
This is the best hotel I have stayed in during my Vietnam trip, I stayed in 1104 room number and Clara helped us a lot,. The hotel staff provide you with customized food options if you are vegetarian. They help us get a motorbike with a very reasonable rate which helped us a lot seeing the places around and since we booked from hotel so we didn't pay any security or ID for the same, it was so seamless and convenient, motorbike delivered to us within minutes and we drop at hotel only, parking staff was also very helpful and polite. Their breakfast buffet was amazing and has some great options and food quality was also nice, so that so when I checked into my hotel in Hanoi I was comparing it with this hotel :P Room and overall hotel was super clean and I think it is newly made so you will get a new feel there. another best thing is the location it is just 5 mins walking from the beach, and 5-7 mins drive to the golden bridge by motorbike. I will definitely like to stay in this hotel if I visit Danang again ( which I am going to for sure ), hotel staff suggested us some good Indian restaurant nearby and places to visit , staff is very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Clara - she is really passionate about her job , well done!

Impeccable service ”
A hop, skip & jump onto the beach. As the name suggests we felt like royalty. Staff were friendly and welcoming always going out their way to be accommodating. Room was very clean with a lovely bathroom to match. Breakfast was always abundant and afternoon tea was a nice surprise filled with cakes, sandwiches served with coffee & tea. Flight was early however that was not an issue allowing us for early check in. In short, of all the accommodations stayed at in Vietnam. This was by far our favourite hotel!!! 5 stars to Gaga, Clara & staff.

Good breakfast and friendly staff and all good”
Currently working at a five-star hotel, I was surprised by the service and breakfast quality that I couldn't understand. It's just a shame that I could only stay one night due to the schedule of the sudden trip with my friend. I tend to pay more attention to breakfast rather than room condition, and it was so good that I wondered if it could be more perfect. Perhaps for Koreans, kimchi was prepared, and most of the other Vietnamese hotels, including rice noodles and egg stations, were like this, but I've never seen such a perfect place with the service of the staff. It was perfect by my standards, including careful questions from the restaurant manager and asking for advice whenever there was any inconvenience. It was a hotel that made me write a review before checking out.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever been to so far. We spent two nights for my cousin’s ’ birthday and we had the best time ever. The swimming pool is amazing, the area is so chill, the rooms are perfect, comfortable and very clean, everything was just perfect!! Regarding the breakfast, that was the best buffet you can ever imagine. There is everything you want ! The afternoon tea was also a very nice. I totally recommend this place, this is the best hotel you can imagine. Thank you also to all of the team, especially Dory, Alice, Jason, Clara,… you made our stay unforgettable. Would have given 10 stars if I could!! We will be back soon, thank you again for your kindness and professionalism ❤️

It was very nice and clean It had everything that we needed You can walk to My Khe beach just in 5 minutes Breakfast and afternoon tea was nice They offered various menus You can go to the downtown by taxi in about 15 minutes Every staff was kind Especially Dori was super kind She asked us about our schedules and recommended nice places to us I would highly recommend you this place 직원분들이 친절하고 깔끔하고 있을 거 다 있고 좋습니다 조식이랑 애프터눈티도 메뉴 많고 무난하고 좋았어요

Exceptional”
Impeccable!! Such a lovely stay. So incredibly clean. Staff are so incredibly helpful and go out of their way to assist. The rooms are big and spacious. The gym has top notch and new equipment which I used every night. Afternoon tea for free with bites. Business center with computers. Scale to weight your baggage. Great little pool on the roof. And the sky bar on the top floor has great ambiance. All of this and the price point= I would most certainly stay here again. This was better than a lot of 5* hotels I’ve stayed at. And I frequent the Ritz and the Kempinski.

Best hotel for westerners”
I love this hotel the most of all the ones I stayed in Vietnam because it’s designed for westerners. Has it annoyed you that there is no door to the shower and water gets to the toilet and sink? Not at Monarque. Is it weird to you that there’s no pancakes, waffles, American coffee, bacon at the breakfast buffet? They have that at Monarque. Has it been a slight inconvenience that the staff at most hotels only speak passable English? Clara is fluent as it gets. We only stayed one night and really regret we didn’t stay our entire Da Nang at the Monarque. Other than everything I mentioned, here are a few more extras. Free afternoon tea time - coffee, tea, sandwiches, fruit, pastries from 3-5 pm Best breakfast buffet of all the hotels I visited. So much variety Free beach towels and umbrellas A usable gym - who uses a gym on vacation? My gf does at 630 am Rooftop pool and across the street from the beach Stay here - Clara you’re the best, Anita says hi 😄

Friendly, comfortable stay ”
Great location near the beach and many seafood restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly. Clara would chat with us during afternoon tea. The hotel serves complimentary afternoon tea too! Breakfast and tea were great too. Stayed at room 402. And got a beautiful view of the sea and lady Buddha overlooking the sea too! Will definitely choose this hotel if I am visiting Da nang again! 👍🏻

Very good hotel services, will be back for more!”
Nothing more we can ask for. The staff (especially Clara!) will made you feel very warm. They will try to understand your day and provide advise / recommendations to made your stay very pleasant. There’s once when we told it was drizzling in bana hill so we came back and they served all of us a pot ginger tea to get rid of the “coolness” and prevent cold. Clara know her guest very well, she will go extra miles to ensure our stay is comfortable and pleasant. Oh not to mention, there’s free afternoon tea provided too!

Excellent Hotel and Services”
We were greeted with a warm welcome and cool drinks the moment we arrived at the hotel. The lobby was bright and beautiful. The receptionist and staffs were very helpful with tour guides, transport service, and everything else we needed during our stay. Breakfast was a buffet with variety of food choices and drinks. There was also an afternoon tea party on the 12th floor from 2pm to 5:30pm. The tea party provided delicious cakes and sandwiches and some selection of teas and coffees. The pool size was decent and very clean, you could see the beach from above while swimming. Thank you, Clara and Dory, for being very helpful and attentive during our stay. We really enjoyed our time here. Definitely recommended this hotel to our friends and family and we will come back here again next time!

I am really appreciate Monarque staff during my staying.”
When I made a reservation because I liked the location of this accommodation and looked up reviews related to the accommodation, I saw many reviews saying that Clara and Dory were kind, so I knew in advance that they were kind. However, while staying for 10 days, the two were clearly friendly, but I saw many Monarque hotel staff who were not mentioned by other guests working hard from their respective positions to the moment guests entered and left the Monarque Hotel. I can't remember the exact name, but I would like to say thanks and New Year's greetings to the hotel staff, whom I was grateful for during my stay. Gaga, Amy, Alice, Jolie, Jason, Eric, Jake, Edana and Dragon!!! I hope to see you again when I travel to Da Nang again

Best stay ever ”
We had the most amazing stay with the Monarque. The hotel staff would make sure you feel at home. They are the friendliest and kindest I have ever met. The buffet breakfast and afternoon tea is sumptuous. My parents (who are above 65) enjoyed the stay a lot. The hotel is just right across the beach and has a few spa and massages places around. We would definitely recommend this hotel. It is super good value. A big thank you to the most amazing Clara and Dory who took such great care of my family!

This Hotel surprised us so much! Interior was beautiful. Rooms are a bit cozy but very clean. Staff were supportive and so nice. Lovely there! Fantastic Hotel”
What a fantastic hotel. Excellent location near beach where I enjoyed a swim every day and beautifully appointed rooms that are kept spotlessly clean during your stay. I looked forward to breakfast every morning where a delicious array of foods are well presented and the staff including Anna take great pride in making sure that you are well fed. All the staff are absolutely amazing, Clara is most helpful always asking if you need anything and is such a vibrant happy girl who takes great pride in her work and she is one of the reasons I will continue to patronise the Monarque Hotel. On reception Gaga is one of the most efficient and pleasant people I have dealt with, impeccably polite and helpful with a beautiful smile and a engaging attitude and is one of the most capable woman I have ever met. The staff make you feel like family and are the reason that this is the hotel I will stay at in my future visits to Da Nang.

I was very happy with my 4-day stay at the Monarque Hotel. Its rooms are nice but its best feature is its staff, who are all super attentive. I was particularly impressed with two very professional guest relations managers (Dory and Clara), who checked with me every day about my stay. The hotel seems to be popular with family travelers, particularly from Korea.

My wife and I had the privilege of staying at this wonderful hotel. We have had the opportunity to stay at many hotels in Vietnam and I have to say this is one of the best experience we have ever had. The service was excellent! Every staff member was great to deal with and very helpful. We are vegetarians and the staff was very accommodating to us for morning breakfast and afternoon tea. They provided us with a special vegetarian menu each day for breakfast. We tried the spa for facials and it was great as well. There is a swimming pool on the 12th floor with a great view of the ocean. The rooms are very comfortable and a good size. Clara, Dory and Nguyen (room service) along with the other staff members that we interacted with were wonderful and very knowledgeable. We stayed in room 403 which has a beautiful view of the ocean. We will definitely be staying there again next time we have the opportunity to visit Da Nang. Can't say enough good things about this hotel and the service that the staff provides each and every guest. Highly recommend!

I was there for 2 nights with my daughter and for all these days I was attended with utmost warmth. Clara gave good recommendations on where to go in Danang and she was attentive to our requests and even remembered our names and always enquired about our well-being whenever we saw her at breakfast, lunch tea or even at the lobby. Very impressive for your hospitality”
I highly recommend this hotel. The gate keeper and Clara including other staff helped us to get away from the swindler pretending to be Grab driver. We were very moved for how they treated that situation, reassuring us. Also, room condition, hotel location and breakfast(thank you clara and arie) were great.
