Great location with friendly services from Bell captain to Reception, house-keeping and others. Though there is more than one Movenpick Hotel in Jeddah City centre location is very central.

Nothing special about this hotel”
Well I booked this hotel for a 2 night stay, and saw a great deal for reservation. Therefore, I booked it but little did I know that the hotel location is not that attractive. It is situated in a lively neighborhood though, but there are no good restaurants, cafes, attractions near by. In addition, the hotel furniture is old but frankly everything was super clean. Regarding the staff, they are friendly but the room service never showed up. Imagine I asked for water and got it after 40 minutes. Recommended? Only if there is a good deal for reservation

Not recommended”
The staff is not professional at all, and this is so disappointing compared with other hotels, first thing I’ve faced my booking was room with smoking availability and I got one without! Second thing the balcony door stuck!, also one of pillows was so dirty very clearly and I’ve asked to replace it 3 times!, Movinpick is one of the prestigious hotels and these parking lots does not suit him at all.

Poor hygiene and service ”
The rooms are empty only bed and its cover, sofa and chairs.. I had to call for towels, slippers, and tissues. The AC and its frames are extremely dusty. The bathrooms has fungus on the edges of the sink, upper the walls, in the shower, and even the water splasher for the chair. I would never go back to it again. I prefer to sleep in the back seat of my car. I would never recommend it or even mention that i was there to anyone. The worst experience ever :)

I would never visit this place again. The staff lacks respect. The policy of the pool is not clear till you check in. Every employer sets his own rule. In conclusion I would not recommend it to any one.

Hello, please don’t go after the picture which is shown on the website. Everything is fake. Pictures are photoshopped, Ridiculous Staff, unethical, unclean Property, very very old property, stinking, Rude Behaviour of Staff and callas attitude, Breakfast is just made for the local Saudi not for other guest. NEVER CHECK IN TO THIS HOTEL. Please trust me you will have waste of money, time and experience. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I have been scammed but will protect other guest.

Efficient one day Trip”
We were in Jeddah for slightly under 24 hours. It is quite deep in the city center and negotiating with the city traffic at the rush hour took me quite long. The Jeddah traffic regulations blocks direct access to the hotel but the hotel has developed a substitute access from the back which is a good substitute access. On arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant bell boy and an equally pleasant reception guy. This hotel is an old but very well maintained facility. The bathroom could have had a shaving charger that could accept all kinds of plugs but they have outlets in the room that could accept not only all kinds of plugs but USBs also Very close to the hotel is a big Super Store by Bin Dawood where one can find any and all food grocery options and not very far is the western province's Al Baik Chicken shop. We enjoyed our stay thouroughly
