There are several Mr. Kinjo Hotels in the Okinawa area and this one was the first we stayed at. The prices varied between 25€ and 33€ for a twin room with two 140cm beds / kichenette / br / ac / TV / microwave / fridge / (oven - not fully installed yet) / balcony. Everything is brand new. We stayed in the 4th floor with a view towards the sea. All rooms face the seaside but the higher you are the more you can see. We only had a view towards trees. The reception is only open from 15:00 to ?? maybe 20:00 and is a little shelf set up in the door on the second floor. There is a Nepali guy working in there who speaks good English. Room service only when requested - after a two nights stay. It is more an apartment kind of thing and you have to take care of your room. The rubbish you can drop either at the reception or the ground floor. White sheets, great sleep, box matresses, washing machine... all available. As far as the surroundings are concerned: You find Painagama beach straight in front of the hotel. If you prefer a private bay there are 2 behind the mangroves at the playground to the left facing the sea. A hand full of Japanese restaurants and a Family Mart is next to the hotel. The airport bus takes you to the pier (3 times a day 11:05 / 13:25 / 16:05 leaving in front of the arrival exit - left side) for around 250yen. From there it's a 15 mins walk to Mr. Kinjo Hotel. You can rent a bike at the dive school further down the road on the left (direction playground) for 1.000yen / day. Don Quijote Supermarket is a 50 mins walk inland. We had a very nice stay and extended 4 times. Concerning the service: There isn't any as it is more an apartment. The staff we met was always friendly and helpful though.

Mr. Kinjo is more an apartment complex than a hotel and opened in February 2020. There is still a bit of finetuning to do but in general it is a great place to stay as you have everything in your room. From TV, fridge, microwave, kitchenette washing machine to balcony, clean sheets and toiletries. Reception is busy between 15:00 and 23:30. There you can exchange your towels and ask for toiletpaper. They do not clean your room - you have to pay extra - which is fine by us as we do not need room service. The guy at the reception speaks good English and is helpful. Try to get a room on the top floors 7 or 8 to enjoy a better view. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Rooms look very good for the price. Thanks for all your help (Ramit, the best receptionist). Unfortunately there was nothing to cook included in the room but this is mr.kinjo standard. Would stay again.

No response from staff about any of my inquiries. Also front desk is unavailable unless it’s your check in time (18:00 which is very late in the day). Because there was no contact and no access it wasn’t even possible to leave my bags with the front desk. Not very hospitable. First floor is under construction so maybe it will be nicer once complete. Also, there were very loud guests the first two nights of my stay, and the sound really travelled into my room. Shouting and screaming at 2 o’clock in the morning. I wish the staff did a better job of making sure there was no excessive noise past 11pm. Also there’s a small kitchenette with a hot plate for cooking, but no pots or pans. Not even any cutlery or plates either, doesn’t really make sense to me. Next time I would find another place to stay.

Nice location but can’t cook and bedding is dirty”
My duvet had foundation stains even though I don’t wear makeup and there’s absolutely no cooking item (pots, pan dishes, utensils...) here. Not sure why there’s stove??? There’s washing machine but no detergent so you need to bring your own. Can’t check in till 6pm so need to kill time if you arrive early!

Les chambres avec vue sur mer sont très bien pour le prix. Attention, pas de service d'hotel, ce sont davantage des appartements. Pas de service de ménage. Un miroir au dessus du lavabo serait apprécié.

Ni hotel ni véritable appart hôtel mais c est neuf et propre. On regrette juste l’odeur de cigarette en entrant dans la chambre et aucun service de ménage pour 7 nuits passées. On peut toutefois aller réclamer des serviettes propres. La vue depuis l étage élevé est sympa. Inutile de payer le parking proposé on peut se garer facilement dans les environs gratuitement

シーズン中でも、他のホテルに比べると値段も安いですし、お値段の割に部屋は綺麗です。海へは歩いてすぐ、近くには美味しいご飯屋さんやカフェなど沢山あり立地的にも良い。毎回お世話になってます。豪華なディナーや朝食が無くても、周りに沢山お店があるので困りません。

今回連休なのに急に予約して、レンタカーを借りられませんでしたが、バス停のすぐそばにあり便利でした｡部屋も広くてお風呂も広い洗濯機もあったのでリーズナブルなのにとても満足でした。

1日目は先に前乗りで、2日目からは友人と予約しており、部屋のサイズが違う予約でしたが、1日目を泊まっていたからといえ、2日目はチェックインの時間前に部屋へ入れて頂けるなどの配慮はありませんでした。普通にチェックアウト時間に出て、15時までは待たなければならないので、連泊の方は全て同じ予約で取ることをお勧めします。コロナの理由からという事で、チェックインは20時までになっており、タオルの交換も自分で初日に使ったものを持ち、2階のフロントまで交換に行きます。荷物も前回はチェックイン前に預かってもらえましたが、今回は預かって頂けませんでした。11時頃に荷物を預かってもらえるかの確認をしたくてお電話しましたが、出てもらえず、フロントもオートロックの為行けず、結局近くの同系列ホテルに連絡し、回答までホテル前で10分以上待ちました。2日目は宿泊したからか、何故か預かってもらえました。

ロケーション:今回はダイビングと観光目的に滞在。港から近く、徒歩でダイビングの集合場所に行けました。また、徒歩圏内に飲食店、コンビニがあるので飲食にも困りません。 設備:洗濯機があり、浴室乾燥も出来るので海水につかった服を直ぐに洗って乾かす事が出来ます。冷蔵庫、ケトル、電子レンジなど最低限のものは揃っており不自由ないです。 サービス:フロントが空いている時間が限られており、ホテルというよりはアパートメント？という感じです。チェックアウトもポストに鍵を返すだけ。ホテルレベルのサービスを求める方には不向きかもしれませんが、逆に自由に滞在したい方、コスパ重視の方にはおすすめ出来ると思います。

夫婦での節約滞在”
ホテルのクオリティを求めると違いますが、とてもお得で便利です。 海が見える部屋で、道路1本渡ればビーチに行けます。 市街地にも近く、タクシーで500円くらいで飲み屋街に行けます。 少し歩けばご飯屋さんもありますし、しまの駅みやこも歩いて行けるのでお弁当も買いに行けるし、その先には美味しいタコス屋さんもあります。 滞在期間、連泊の場合は清掃は入らず、自分でタオルの交換をし、ゴミは1階で捨てる仕組みになっています。 湿度が高いので厳しいのかもしれませんが、カビっぽくクーラーの掃除をして欲しいです。 お風呂場の水量が少なく、シャワーと水道がチョロチョロです。ドライヤーも弱いので、髪の長い方はドライヤー持参必須です。 部屋の備品は、歯ブラシ、くし、スポンジ、コットン綿棒、シャンプーボディソープハンドソープがついています。コップは歯磨きコップだけ。 室内着がないので持参必要です。 お風呂は乾燥機がついているので、本当に便利です。 ハンガーは8本あり、かける場所が少ないので、S字フックや、洗濯バサミのついたピンチハンガーを持っていくと便利です。 虫が入りそうなので、家かのように、網戸のところに虫コナーズ買いました。 本当にホテルと思わず、自宅のような感じで泊まれるところは最高です。 洗濯ができて乾燥機が強力なことが凄く強みです！！
