Breakfast buffet was great for $12 USD/pp. We spent $30/pp at a previous 5 star hotel in Tokyo, where the salmon and other food was very dry, but here the quality and quantity of the food was 5x as good and 1/2 the price. Rooms also were very clean and the hotel itself was very centrally located right next to the train station and had secure luggage storage which we liked. Hotel was also very eco-friendly without a million small packaged shampoos, and mostly had a "just what you need" shelf with essential items by check in desk in small foil packets, and communal amenities room on each floor. Would definitely stay again, esp for the price we paid ~$89/night (not including breakfast)

Enjoyable stay”
We stayed at the Tokyu Rei Hotel in January 2023 and it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel is across the street to the left of the JR Nagano station when waling out of the Zenkoji-guchi exit. Very easy to get to. I believe the hotel lobby is on the 4th floor (LB). We got there a little early so we were not able to check in yet. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk and explore the city. What was nice was that we were able to borrow umbrellas since it was raining outside. This was a pleasant surprise. Hotel staff spoke English so it was easy to communicate with them. Our stay included breakfast which was excellent. Kept us full. Typical hotel breakfast. I would stay here again if travelling to Nagano.

This hotel is directly across the street from Nagano train station which makes it easy to get to on arrival to the city. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and efficiently organized. I had a great experience there.

Desk, Lobby, Breakfast Service and Room service cleaning staff were all outstanding...room was big enough for a couple had a wonderful city mountain view with panoramic windows. Bed was queen size excellent! Breakfast food was very yummy and had lots of choices and the service wonderful! Thank YOU ALL for making our stay and anniversary so special in every single way! Looking forward to come back again in the future and to absolutely recommend you to friends and family!

Perfect location - near Nagano train station ”
Super near to Nagano train station. Room space is OK for three beds with sufficient space to open three luggages. Room view is not important to me hence no issue. The Miso Ramen located just across the alley is super good and always has a long Que hence staying close by is very convenient to go anytime when crowd is less.

This hotel is so well located, it is connected to the Nagano Station via an underground passage that is also the Nagano Dentetsu line. Highly recommended to stay here if you need a base camp when exploring the surrounding cities in Nagano.

Right across from the train station and bus terminal. Very convenient for shopping and eating. Bathroom fixtures look pretty new. Don’t understand why one of the elevators don’t go to the first floor, but that is a minor inconvenience.
