4 day stay in Kyoto ”
This was my 2nd stay at Naganoya Apartments. The location is fantastic, lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as public transport. The apartments are exceptionally clean and the staff are super friendly. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Kyoto and Naganoya Apartments

Your home away from home”
Naganoya had the convenience of a hotel and the amenities of an apartment rental. They were 5 mins walk away from the Nijojo-mae subway station, 10 min walk away from the JR Nijo station as well as the Hankyu Omiya station. We loved that there were groceries close by, laundry, and a really great bath to come home to. The staff who works the front desk were also polite, helpful, and welcomes you when you return. Really made me feel at home! Being across the street from Shinsen-en Garden, going for morning walks and seeing the sunrise there was one of the highlights of our trip.

Lovely apartments”
The location is in a really cool neighborhood with cute restaurants and bars right next to Nijo jo castle which makes it perfect for sightseeing. The place is pretty new and very clean, kitchen is well equipped and there’s a nice balcony for fresh air. Another great perk is that there’s bicycle for rent and exploring Kyoto with them is spectacular. Will come back again!

Spacious and clean apartment, walking distance from train & nijo castle ”
The apartment is beautiful, spacious and modern, fitted out with amenities like a fridge, sink, kettle, stove and cutlery. The beds are really comfy and the washing machine was super handy. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place, Good Price”
We enjoyed a week-long stay here! The room was bright with a little balcony and blackout blinds. The beds were comfortable. The shower had excellent pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was functional and it was nice to come back 'home' and cook for dinner. Would have liked more cooking utensils, a couple larger plates and bowls, and a tea towel. The location is an 8-min walk from a JR line train (great for those with a JR Pass!), and close to many big supermarkets as well. All in all, we had a really great stay here and would definitely stay here again!

easy to take bus and train. near conveniece stores, daiso and a supermarket. no reception but very good instructions. fully equipped room so feels like staying in own small flat. very happy that naganoya encourages recycling. Good job!

I stayed here totally two weeks, and it became like my second home in Kyoto :)) After this apartment I stayed other two places in Kyoto, but this one was the best. The supermarket was very closed , and subway was in walking dist

We had an excellent time staying at Naganoya appartments. The staff are so friendly, and Misaki helped us so much during the typhoon. The rooms are generous and clean, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is close to both main line and underground rail, and there are heaps of reasonably priced bicycles for hire. Thank you Naganoya for making our stay in your wonderful city so enjoyable

Super clean and modern flat ”
The apartment offered everything we desired. Very nice staff- they are not always present at the property, but you can just drop them an email and ask anything- they come back minutes later with a respond. They have new bicycles to rent for 500 yen per day. There are several supermarkets , shopping street and restaurants in 2 minutes walk. ( there is a bigger supermarket at Nijo station) we liked it so much that we came back twice when we stayed in Japan.

Superbe”
L'appart hôtel est neuf. La chambre est bien équipé et spacieuse. J'ai trouvé que c'était une excellente formule par rapport à un hôtel : certes il n'y a pas de services de chambre mais la superficie est bien plus grande. La situation est un peu excentré mais du coup il est au grand calme. Pour 500 yen vous pouvez bénéficier d'un vélo sur place et visiter la ville en roulant dans les nombreuses petites rues de Kyoto.

普通のアパートのような感じで、食器や調理器具、洗濯機が部屋に備わっていたのは とても便利でした。 旅行中に少し洗濯ができたのが、主婦としては ありがたいです。 (帰宅後に家族全員の洗濯をするのは大変なので) ドライヤーや洗濯機の音が部屋に響いてしまうのが少し気になりました。 建物の構造上、しょうがないのかもしれませんが.... この施設で、この価格はとても安く感じました。 また機会があれば、利用したいと思います。

居心地最高”
自宅に住んでいるかのようにとても快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫だけじゃなく、調理器具や調味料まで完備。さらには洗濯機や洗剤も。ベランダに干せるので長期滞在も！ 大家様管理者様 稀なことだとは思いますが、ドライヤーの電源ケーブルが痛み、銅線が剥き出しでした。うっかり利用中に触っていたらと思うと怖かったです。利用者が多いからだと思いますが、その辺もこまめに見てくださるともっと良いと思います。
