* WIFI is NOT available inside the room, it's only available in the lobby area - Agoda needs to review their facilities. * The hotel is kind of old. I bet the property was great in the 80's, but not according to today's standard * Breakfast was so-so in taste, and questionable pairings for the food items on the buffet

Decent Hotel with Reasonable Price”
The location of the hotel is very strategic, in Jalan Cihampelas, which is very near to 2 malls: Cihampelas Walk (Cihampelas Walk) and Paris Van Java (PVJ). Though it is a bit difficult to reach the hotel because Jalan Cihampelas is a one way road. First time traveler in Bandung should take not of these one way roads. The service was good, the staffs were very friendly and they were also very helpful when I asked them about directions. The room itself was decent; decently large and had a good TV. The bathroom was just okay.

Nothing special but value for money”
This hotel located at "Cihampelas Walk" is quite an "old" building (as compared to other hotels with similar ranking) as vindicated in their designs and rooms and the uneven pavements on both sides of the aforesaid road famous for its cheap attires/shoes/bags (but mostly imitation stuffs) are badly damaged (possibly due to poor maintenance or possible future upgrading), making the place quite dusty and hard to walk on, especially at night. The room where we stayed in was quite big and I must say that the staffs in this hotel were friendly and the guards always greeted us with a smile and assisted us whenever we wanted to cross to the other side of the hectic road. However, there was no hair dryer readily available in the room and we would have to ask for it to be delivered to our room. There was also no kettle, no complimentary instant coffee/tea etc (except two bottled mineral water) and sadly no “wifi” in our room and we had to go to lobby for that purpose. The complimentary breakfast for two was just alright with nothing special to crave for on the menu.

A great 3 stars hotel with 5 stars service”
The Deluxe room was so big and spacious. the staffs were very friendly and helpful. I travelled with small kids and they threw up on the bed sheet right after we arrived at night. The staff was very helpful, quickly changed the sheet and tidy up the bed. The breakfast also was very tasty. Has a lot to choose from. Even a porridge for my baby was available. The down side were the swimming pool was not clean enough for our kids and the water supply for shower wasn't consistent.But anyway, it is a great hotel and we might come back and stay at the same hotel in the future

Old Hotel but great location”
Room size was okay, but smelly (Old Hotel). They also didn't clean our room properly, not so clean. Wifi provided at the lobby area only. Breakfast is so so only (average). Anyway, it's a good hotel just to sleep at night, daytime will be shopping/Sightseeing. Strategic location for shopper, the hotel is nearer to dago, riau, cihampelas, or setiabudhi.

The hotel is in good location and not far from Ciwalk Shopping Mall. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice. Sadly that there is no wifi in the rooms. It's available at the lobby. So this hotel is not suitable for business trip if you need to access the internet.

Great location and value for many. Friendly staff and always smile. The room is comfortable and clean but the toilet need to do a lot of improvement in term of decoration ,lighting and cleanliness. Please change the liquid soap because already smelly. Wifi only available at Hotel lobby.

Near cihampelas and cimbuluit puncrut”
The hotel is near if you want to go to dago, cihampelas, puncrut, or setiabudhi. The stuf is old but clean, there is hot water so you can take a bath everytime you like. The staff is friendly. But carefull of the traffic jump in front of the street expecially on saturday and sunday which much people going to cihampelas for shopping

Nice Hotel and Good Location”
Not really a big fan of the breakfast menu, and the pool are just too small. I really like the room and the bathroom, it's spacy and clean. The Hotel location is also an appeal, it's quite close with the Cihampelas and Culinary centre.

Nothing fancy but value for money”
i was just looking for a simple hotel just to sleep at night. this hotel fits the bill very well. even though i did not utilize any facilities here but i am sure the service would be great as i experienced when having breakfast there. the breakfast spread was truly basic and there was no egg station which is a necessity for me in order to start my day bright and sunny. my simple request for an omelet (which was not in the menu) was met with a friendly smile and it was specially prepared for me and delivered in no time at all. i requested the same thing the next day to a different guy and he too served me with a smile exactly like the other guy the day before! will stay there again on my solo travelling.

Nothing very special. It is an old hotel, that is what the impression I got from my stay. I did like the stay with limited facilities. You can also ask for a massage and which is ok with the price. The breakfast was enough but not many choices.

Comfort hotel for holiday with family, has much facilities such as pool, near mini market.Hotel has good wifi connection. Hotel location near with ciwalk, fashion, mall, movie xxi, culinary spot by walk/car/public transportation for about 500m. Increase your bathroom cleanliness & various breakfast menu. So far so good.
