A bit remote location. Almost no free space within the resort area, but beautiful and clean beach to walk along. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. Inside restaurant had very few vegetarian dishes to offer, though the chief was kind to make some on demand. Overall it’s a well designed and pleasant place to spend time on vacation

Recommend if you want to relax at the resort”
Pretty far from the downtown area. Located right in-between Danang and Hoi An, which means there is literally nothing around the resort. But if you are planning to relax and do nothing, you should go here. Since there is nothing around the resort, room service or only one restaurant is the only option. Food are okay. Wish there have other types of restaurants available. The resort itself is nicely decorated. Pool Villa was clean and private.

Kin was our Ambassador Super efficient and wonderful All we need to do is whatsapp all our needs from housekeeping to transport arrangement! Villas are sooo beautiful and the breakfast is a must! We did not like the Apartments - not maintained

Excellent retreat in pool villa”
The villa was very comfortable with a lovely pool and comfortable bed. The pillows were too soft for my liking. The common infinity pool was beautiful facing the beach. The beach was clean with white fine sand. The buffet had reasonable selection. Loved the juices and local food. Service from staff was wonderful. Loved the daily massage and the shuttle to Hoi An was convenient.

Surprisingly Good”
The stay at Naman Retreat ia an unforgettable one! Although this hotel brand is new to me, its service is supreme and the facilities are totally 5 stars! We booked a standard room at first and fkund that the room was a bit smaller than expected for us, so I went down to front office and requested to upgrade to other larger rooms. The Manager Thao was so attentive and efficient that she immediately showed me a few rooms before I make my decision. We changed to an ocean view one bedroom suite. The room is spacious and newly renovated. Thao explained to us that building is new. Unfortunately during our stay, there were some renovation noise. We reflected this issue and our concern. Another Front office Manager THE approached us and apologized. She offered us to upgrade to villa with same upgrade price as ocean view one bedroom suite. We accepted. The villa was stunning and we did not hear any noise anymore. I was quite impressed by their flexibility and proactivity to satisfy their guests. It is even better than a lot of other international hotel brands! Must mention that their kids club is amazing! Our kids love it and went tgere a few times everyday! The staff there were so attentive and taught my sons with some arts everyday. The spa, the restaurants are also nice. The whole stay there were relaxing and peaceful. It is an unforgettbale trip and i can't wait to go back there next time!

Value for Money”
Relatively cheaper compared to other pool villa resorts with private beach access. Clean room condition makes it worth visiting. Seafood buffet was great especially one of the restaurant staff, Le helped us get comfortable seats as we had a 21 mo baby with us. Location could be a minus but I knew the resort is at the sourthen end of Da Nang. It didn't matter much to me.

Not a good place as its previous reputation”
I have stayed for 2 nights. the Staff was not friendly in the reception desk. The room was not cleaned. The phone was not working. Air conditioner was not working enough. I asked to fix it and the mechanic visited and fix for a few house. It has been for 3 hours on my first day of Danang. Due to my complaint, they offer me to upgrade room on the next day. The upgraded one bed pool villa was better than I expected. I had a good time after I changed to the upgraded room. The breakfast was very good. I will recommend to stay at any of pool villa but not stay at apartment . They do not operate the shuttle bus to the Hoi- an or Danang any more. The taxi to the Danang is more than 200,000dong by taxi. Pool and Restaurant staff were all good but the staff at the reception was not correctly acted.

Even after paying ridiculous amount of money for a tiny “villa”, they still charge you money for ice buckets & water. Staff was not friendly and the Spa was fully booked every day. The restaurant was extremely overpriced and crowded with kids running around screaming. Not a retreat, not relaxing at all. Waste of my money.

Not a good standart for 5 stars resort”
The resort was crowded during the holiday. When I arrived to Naman, I carefully came around 13:50 and it took me 35 minutes for check-in process. The reception area was full of tourists. The lobby of my appartment was dirty and I had issue with the restroom when my family came. The staff had not cleaned the remain bottle of previous guests in the fridge. Breakfast buffe was not variety. To sum up, not worth my money at all and I was not happy with this trip with my family due to poor service of this resort.
