The hotel with paper thin like walls”
The little park around the hotel and the ample parking space is great. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was of good size and modern, although our room had way too many bright spotlights that were not adjustable. The saunas were well equipped, but there is no place for resting area with beds, also the saunas do not ope until 11am, which is disappointing. The bio sauna stated 50C target temperature, but was operating at 70. The staff kept the saunas clean and refilled aromas and water. There are also water jugs in the area, which is great. The real downside of the place is the lack of soundproofing in the walls. You can literally, hear everything (think what you will) of your side and below neighbours. This is a big miss.

We spent one night here on a car trip of Europe, it is very easy to find, had free parking and free internet. The staff were extremely helpful and provided a map and timetable for buses into the city centre. We had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both were excellent, the restaurant had locals in it for dinner, this is always a good sign to me. The decor is a little dated but the rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and everything functioned. There is no air-conditioning but the room was no hot so it may not need it at all. A enjoyable stay and I have already recommended the hotel to friends.

wir hatten 3 übernachtungen. alles hat gepasst, das personal war freundlich, das frühstück ok. das parken vor dem hotel kostet extra (und das in einer randlage von trier!). saunen sind etwas klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend.

We waren te gast om een weekendje de kerstmarkt in Trier te bezoeken. Het centrum van Trier is vanaf het hotel prima te voet te bereiken. Een groot nadeel was dat er snachts nogal veel omgevings geluiden zijn. Ten eerste een ventilator die tot 24:00 hinderlijk veel lawaai maakte, en vervolgens op zaterdag nacht veel herrie van buiten. Erg jammer van die verstoorde nachtrust voor een verder prima verllopen hotel bezoek.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen. We waren een beetje te vroeg, maar kregen direct een plannetje met de nodige uitleg van de stad trier. Bij terugkomst hebben we dan kunnen inchecken en genieten van hun heerlijke huiswijn. Het ontbijt was zeer verzorgd en er was veel keuze. Het was er rustig en de bediening was zeer vriendelijk. We hebben enkel de tweede avond blijven eten in het hotel. De vis was zeer lekker en het eten werd heel verzorgd opgediend. De kamers waren goed. Proper, voldoende plaats, tv- voorziening, mooi uitzicht op het park,... Kortom het is een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar.
