Excellent location. Just two minutes to Midosuji Line subway n five minutes to shin Osaka station. Easy to move on to places , Kyoto and Hanuka train to Kansai airport too. Very convenient. Will stay here again. Though room not big but compact. Stayed 5 nights .

The location is extremely good, just a few steps to the station. The one thing is the sound proof between the rooms is not so good. But luckily, I find most of the guests are Polite to keep silent

Comfy hotel with good location”
1-2 mins walk from central exit of shin-osaka station. Room is larger compare to those in tokyo. Though the hotel is old but the room is clean. Bed is comfy as well. Will stay again if travel to here.

For the price of this hotel, I would say it’s reasonable. It’s 8 mins walk from Shin-Osaka and can get us to many of the places we went easily. The twin room that I stayed i feel that is actually smaller and older than what the photo appears it to be. Other that that, I think it’s really decent.

Staff was able to communicate in English n made it easy for foreigners to understand. Very efficient n fast service. Room is albeit a bit small but nothing too bad :) maybe can have more than one pillow?

Convenient location, cheap price”
Located right next to Shin Osaka station which is the station for all ShinKaSen (i.e., if u take bullet trains this is the stop) Shin Osaka metro is also within 15mins reach of Namba and Umeda which are the key shopping districts and the hotel is within 1 mins walk of exit 7 of the metro. Price competitive but don't expect anything extragvaent.

i stayed here in 2020 and left a positive review, but i think this time i have to be a little bit critical. the hotels location is of course fantastic, but the room i stayed at this time was not so fantastic. its not quiet at all. i could hear every noise my neighbor made all through the night. even them clearing their throat was very loud. if you are a light sleeper, i dont think i can recommend this hotel.

It's very convenient location, just across from Shin-Osaka station that's why I choose this hotel. When I put don't disturbed sign on, I saw there's 1 big bag fill up with a new amenity such a towel and more in front the door. If I can say the room and the bed is small for 2 people, but if you can get a good deal of price, it's worthy. For sure I'll be back anytime I have chance to visit Osaka again.

Can see the hotel from Shin Osaka exit”
Less than a 5 minutes walk from Shin Osaka station . Can see the New Osaka Hotel signs on the top of the hotel from the central exit. Did not eat at the hotel, but several restaurants on the street near the hotel and plenty of places to eat in the station. Rooms were clean. Easy train ride to Osaka - about a 4 minute ride. Quick and easy check in and out. Will stay there again!

Great hotel with central location”
We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were a bit small but decent based on Japanese standards. 3 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station. For those looking for the hotel for the first time it is located at the Central Gate exit of the Shin-Osaka station. Location is quite centralised to main attractions of Osaka such as Dotonburi (15mins by subway), Universal Studios - Harry Potter World etc (20mins by JR line) and Osaka station is just 1 stop away and there is tonnes of shopping to be done there! Overall really enjoyed our stay there!

Nice comfort hotel at convenient location”
The room rate is relatively cheap despite the location of the hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from JR train station “Shin-Osaka” and about 1 minutes walk from subway station. It is very convenient getting around to the nearby city such as Kyoto and Nara. Getting to the hotel is quite easily as there are express train services ”Haruka” between Kansai airport and Shin-Osaka station. There are also some souvenir store, convenient stall, and restaurant in the JR station. There is also free Osaka map available at the hotel lobby with the train map and recommended places to visit. The hotel does not provide Wifi service but they do have cable connection in the room.

Good hotel for a short stay”
The best thing about this hotel is that is very close to Shin-Osaka Station. Please note that Shin-Osaka is NOT the center of downtown Osaka, so you will have to use the trains to access Dotobori and other popular shopping areas which was easy to navigate in English. Before coming to Japan, I was expecting my room to be really small but it was surprising not that small. It was a good-enough size for a solo traveler. The room was clean enough, but not sparkling clean. The hotel was more of a 3-star hotel to me. I liked that the hotel provides pajamas, slippers, and toothbrush and toothpaste, which seems common in Japan. I did not eat at the restaurant in the hotel because Shin-Osaka Station had plenty of restaurants for food. Check-in and check-out was easy, the staff spoke English well enough. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel for a few hours after I checked out to explore the city before departing for my next city.
